This individual will play a key role in supporting recruiting initiatives, particularly campus and early-career programs, while assisting with employee engagement and HR operations. About the Job: Partner closely with the recruiting team to support full-cycle hiring processes, including posting jobs, screening candidates and scheduling interviews Lead the company's campus recruiting efforts, representing the firm at college and university career fairs, engaging with prospective talent, and driving early-career hiring initiatives. Draft and track offer letters, onboarding materials, and related HR documentation. Support employee engagement programs and volunteer initiatives, including coordination of events and charitable partnerships. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and HRIS to ensure data accuracy and compliance. Assist with various HR projects and administrative processes to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Serve as a positive ambassador for the company, ensuring every interaction reflects professionalism, enthusiasm, and the firm's values.
