After a breakout year of explosive growth, we are looking for a Director of Brand Marketing to join our team.

    This person will serve as a strategic and executional right hand to the SVP of Marketing, helping shape the work, independently leading key priorities, and translating broader direction into exceptional execution across the organization.

    The What it Takes:

    Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution

    Lead end-to-end GTM execution for new launches and core replenishments - from positioning and narrative development through channel rollout and post-launch analysis - in close partnership with the SVP of Marketing.Oversee creative asset requests across the marketing organization and maintain integrated campaign calendars spanning multiple departments, executing against them.Own and/or steward the execution of experiential events, community activations, influencer events and trips, OOH, partnerships, and all brand IRL touchpoints - overseeing agencies and external partners to bring each activation to life on brand and on budget.Partner with DTC to ensure brand alignment, storytelling, and messaging across all initiatives - accelerating cross-functional collaboration between marketing and DTC to maximize revenue and storytelling opportunities.Develop, contribute to and maintain brand launch toolkits, CDJs, and other cross-functional assets - including messaging hierarchies, key claims, and consumer-facing materials.

    Brand Management & Creative Direction

    Serve as the brand guardian - reviewing and approving creative across all formats to ensure all assets, copy, and execution consistently reflect brand guidelines, voice, aesthetic, and strategic intent.Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain brand guidelines, tone-of-voice documentation, and copy standards, including launch and product-specific outlines.

    Copywriting & Content

    Develop copy for core replenishments and ensure approved messaging for all brand copy is effectively adapted across all consumer touchpoints.Partner with SVP Marketing, DTC/Paid Media, Influencer, and Social to develop and manage a UGC / commissioned content pipeline serving both organic UGC and paid media needs, informed by data and brand priorities.Own the cross-functional marketing report - consolidating input across influencer, social, PR, and all relevant channels into a single view of activity, performance, and key learnings.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration

    Own the marketing workstream for celebrity and talent partnerships - including building decks for internal and external approvals, managing deliverables and timelines, and coordinating cross-functionally to ensure partnership activations are executed on brand and on schedule.Partner with the VP of Talent to support the execution of partnership commitments and deliverables, serving as a point of accountability to ensure workstreams stay on track and key milestones are met.Ideate and partner on the development of brand collaborations and partnerships that extend the reach of NOYZ in unique, unexpected ways aligned to brand values.Manage external agency and vendor relationships - including creative partners, copywriters, PR agencies, event agencies, and production partners - briefing, directing, and holding each accountable to deliver on brand and on time.Contribute to the strategy and execution of TikTok Shop, affiliate marketing initiatives, and other emerging creator ecosystems. Partnering cross-functionally while maintaining brand consistency and commercial objectives.Drive cross-functional launch readiness, ensuring all workstreams, stakeholders, and deliverables are aligned to deliver flawless execution.Contribute to the strategy and execution of international expansion initiatives

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Onsite Merchandising, Taxonomy, & Product Discovery Management

    Operational and Administrative Leadership
