Qualifications:
Experience : Minimum of 2-5 years in underground telecommunications or utility construction, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role.Technical Skills: Proficiency in underground construction techniques, including trenching, boring, and fiber optic installation.Certifications: OSHA 10/30, CDL (preferred), or other relevant certifications.Knowledge: Familiarity with local, state, and federal regulations for underground utility work.Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.Physical Demands:
Must be able to lift and. or move 50 poundsStanding, walking including and primarily on uneven surfaces, turning, stooping, kneeling, crouching, speaking and hearing are required continuously.Work Environment:

Driving Duties:
Safely operate a volumetric conrete mixer truckResponsible for transporting equipment and materials.Load, secure, and unload equipment and materials as required.Deliver concrete to job sites in a timely and efficient mannerPerform routine inspections, maintenance checks, and minor adjustments on vehicles to ensure safety and reliability.Maintain accurate logs, inspection records, and other required documentation.Perform daily walkarounds and alert mechanics of any defectsAdhere to all local traffic laws, company policies, and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.Labor Duties:
Perform general labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, and positioning materials.Work outdoors in various weather conditions to support construction activities.Follow safety protocols and participate in safety training programs to maintain a safe work environment.Communicate effectively with the team to ensure smooth operations and timely project completion.Knowledge of conrete mixing and pouring techniquesQualifications:
Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.Minumim 1 year experience in Volume Metric and/or Ready Mix Experience. Operators must be willing to work overtime as dictated by worklad volumes.License:
