    Job DescriptionJob DescriptionBCMC is supporting a U.S. Government customer to provide support for onsite incident response to civilian Government agencies and critical asset owners who experience cyber-attacks, providing immediate investigation and resolution. Contract personnel perform investigations to characterize the severity of breaches, develop mitigation plans, and assist with the restoration of services. We are seeking a Data Automation Engineer to support this critical customer mission.

    The Data Automation Engineer will develop and implement automation solutions to support technology integration activities, focusing on data pipeline development, automated analysis workflows, and integration automation. This role addresses manual workflow pain points and enables scaling of technology capabilities through intelligent automation.

    Responsibilities:
    - Develop automated data pipelines for technology integration initiatives
    - Create automation workflows for malware sample collection, detonation, and taxonomy
    - Implement data integration automation between pilot and production systems
    - Support Automated Malware Analysis (AMA) platform development and enhancement
    - Develop scripts and tools to automate repetitive technical tasks
    - Create data transformation and normalization automation
    - Support AI/ML data preparation and feature engineering automation
    - Develop monitoring and alerting automation for integrated systems
    - Implement API integrations for data sharing and workflow automation
    - Document automation solutions and maintain code repositories
    - Support scaling automation from pilot to production environments
    - Optimize automation performance and efficiency
    - Collaborate with analysts to identify automation opportunities

    Required Skills:

BCMC is seeking an Electrical Engineer to support this critical customer mission.

    The Electrical Engineer will lead the establishment and operation of Client’s Chip-Off Forensics Lab, providing expert technical guidance on hardware forensics, chip extraction, and low-level device analysis. This senior position requires deep expertise in electrical engineering principles applied to forensic investigations of network-edge devices and embedded systems containing deeply embedded malware where standard forensic methods cannot obtain usable device images.

    This position serves as the technical lead for lab establishment and will be the primary point of contact for laboratory infrastructure, equipment procurement, and technical capability development. The ideal candidate will have strong project leadership abilities combined with deep hands-on technical expertise.

    Responsibilities:
    - Lead technical design and setup of Chip-Off Forensics Lab infrastructure at government facility
    - Provide expert guidance on chip extraction, PCB analysis, and hardware-level forensics
    - Develop and document chip-off forensics workflows and standard operating procedures
    - Conduct forensic analysis of compromised network-edge devices and embedded systems
    - Perform circuit board reverse engineering and component identification
    - Extract and analyze data from flash memory, EEPROM, and other storage components
    - Design and implement safe chip removal and data recovery procedures
    - Specify and procure laboratory equipment and forensic tools
    - Collaborate with SMEs on hardware and skillset requirements
    - Train CSD analysts on chip-off forensics techniques and procedures
    - Conduct lab demonstrations showcasing chip-off capabilities
    - Analyze proprietary hardware systems targeted by threat actors
    - Support forensic investigations where EDR solutions are absent or insufficient
    - Document technical findings and forensic methodologies
    - Provide reach-back support and technical consultation to analysts

    Required Skills:

    The Subject Matter Expert Hardware Reverse Engineers will provide specialized expertise in hardware reverse engineering focused on operational technology (OT) and industrial control systems. This position requires deep technical knowledge of proprietary hardware systems, exploitation methodologies, and defensive strategies to support forensic investigations of compromised edge devices and systems where threat actors have embedded malware deeply within hardware components.

    This position focuses on the analytical and investigative aspects of hardware forensics, with particular emphasis on operational technology and industrial control systems. The ideal candidates will have strong reverse engineering skills and deep understanding of threat actor methodologies targeting critical infrastructure.

    Responsibilities:
    - Conduct comprehensive hardware reverse engineering of OT and ICS devices
