    Ready to break into a fast-moving global industry where you’re not just making calls, you’re helping build hotels around the world?


    BCI Worldwide is a global leader in hospitality logistics, managing everything from sourcing and transportation to full installation of Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E) for major hotel brands, resorts, and renovations. If you’ve ever walked into a newly opened hotel and thought “this is impressive”, there’s a good chance we were behind it.


    We’re looking for a driven, organized, and proactive Business Development Coordinator to help us find and win new project opportunities. This is not a typical sales role, it’s about strategy, timing, and building relationships in a project-driven industry.

     

    What You’ll Actually Be Doing

    This is a high-impact, inside B2B role where you’ll own your pipeline and help turn early-stage opportunities into real projects.


    You’ll be:

    Managing a pipeline of real hotel development and renovation projectsTracking projects from concept → construction → completionConnecting with decision-makers before projects hit the marketTurning long-cycle opportunities into active bids and revenue

    Run your own pipeline of hospitality projectsStay ahead of timelines and know what’s coming nextKeep opportunities moving with consistent, strategic follow-up


    Relationship Building

    Connect with key players in the industry:Hotel ownership groupsDesigners & procurement firmsGeneral contractorsHotel management companiesGet BCI in the room early, and keep us there


    Opportunity Development

    Qualify deals based on timing, scope, and fitMove prospects toward meetings, bids, and awarded workWork closely with sales and project teams to close opportunities


    CRM + Campaign Strategy

    Use CRM tools to track activity and manage outreachRun targeted email campaigns (no spam blasting)Adjust your approach based on real engagement data

     

    What We’re Looking For

    2+ years in sales, business development, or inside salesStrong communication skills; you’re comfortable reaching out and starting conversationsOrganized and detail-oriented (you can juggle multiple deals without dropping the ball)Self-motivated, you don’t need constant direction to stay productive


    Bonus Points If You Have:

    Experience in hospitality, logistics, construction, or project-based salesFamiliarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)Interest in real estate development, hotels, or large-scale projects
