    Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst III (CRQ Expert) to join our team supporting the ENACT Modernization program. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in banking technology initiatives, Agile delivery, enterprise change management, and JIRA/Confluence and a proven ability to translate complex business needs into actionable epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria that drive delivery.

    Responsibilities:
    Serve as primary interface between business partners, stakeholders, solution architects, and cross-functional technology teams. Analyze current processes, systems, and business models and assess integration with technology solutions. Elicit, document, and refine requirements into JIRA Epics, Stories, Spikes, and Tasks with clear acceptance criteria. Collaborate with Product Owner(s) to evaluate features, write effective user stories, and document business rules. Work closely with developers to review technical designs, identify enablers and dependencies, and support estimation and refinement. Support testing teams by clarifying requirements and validating that test plans and scripts satisfy acceptance criteria. Differentiate defects from new requirements and ensure accurate tracking and resolution. Create process flows, graphics, and workflows to complement technical documentation using Office and Visio. Comply with Enterprise Change Management and Release Management processes, serving as a CRQ subject matter expert.
    Required Skills & Qualifications:
    9+ years as a Business Analyst on technology projects, with SDLC knowledge and delivery experience. Bank of America experience in the EET domain. 7+ years practical Agile experience, including backlog refinement and iteration planning. Demonstrated ability to convert business needs into Epics and Stories with clear acceptance criteria in JIRA. Experience partnering with Product Owners or serving as a Product Owner to define business outcomes. Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence; exposure to Jira Align is a plus. Strong communication skills with facilitation and presentation capability. Problem solving, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills with ability to identify gaps and opportunities. Intermediate or higher proficiency with Microsoft Office and Visio for documentation and diagrams. Change Management exposure and willingness to comply with enterprise processes.
    Preferred Skills:
    Prior Bank of America experience. SQL and related data analysis tools experience. Familiarity with Horizon toolset. Change Management familiarity and CRQ experience.

    We are seeking a Client Lead - Third-Party Onboarding (RIO Programme) to join our dynamic team in Boston. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in custody operations, SWIFT/SFTP connectivity, and end-to-end third-party onboarding and a proven ability to lead client-facing change delivery across trade lifecycle, cash, and corporate actions to the IMOS strategic platform.

    Responsibilities:
    Serve as the day-to-day client and third-party point of contact for onboarding custodians, transfer agents, fund accountants, brokers, counterparties, and collateral managers. Define scope, sequencing, timelines, and acceptance criteria to reach IMOS target state models. Drive intake, due diligence, connectivity setup, messaging certification, testing, go-live readiness, cutover, and stabilization with clear backout plans and evidence capture. Partner with Product, Operations, Reference Data, Testing, and Technology to define executable onboarding plans and ensure downstream readiness across trade lifecycle, cash, and corporate actions.     Required Skills & Qualifications:
    Deep knowledge of trade lifecycle, cash management, and corporate actions across products. Proven custody domain experience including processes, controls, and service models. Subject matter expertise in third-party SWIFT messaging and SFTP connectivity problem solving. Proficiency with Monday.com for workflow and portfolio management; advanced Excel and PowerPoint for MI and executive reporting. Demonstrated client-facing leadership with strong communication and relationship building skills. Ability to manage conflicting priorities and operate across time zones.     Location: Hicksville, NY 11801

    Job Description:

    Summary / Objective Production Associate is responsible for taking direction from the supervisor in order to meet production demands while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

    Percentage of Job/ Essential Job Functions •

    * Self-Reliant and able to accurately work under limited supervision

    • Attending area of transfer from filler to chiller.

    • Inform Supervisors and or Lead of any discrepancy on product information.

    • Transferring carts of production in and out of chillers and placing them orderly at the WIP area.

    • Orient product alignment in the Garvey table area

    • Flip trays in chillers when needed.

    • Reworking product that is below specifications.

    • Keeping work area clean and organized, following the 5 S program.

    • Promoting a safe work environment at all times.

    • Follow HACCP principles and Good Manufacturing Practices. Comply with Food and Personal Safety Procedures, company Policies and regulations.

    • Other duties, as assigned including transferring to Kitchen area as needed.

    • Perform other duties as assigned

    Competencies

    (skills, knowledge and abilities) • 18 years or older

    • Ability to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions and possess basic mathematical skills

    Minimum General Requirements • Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing and other active movements

    • Able to lift up to 50 lbs

    • Performing duties while wearing personal protective equipment

    • Able to work in noisy environments

    • Working across temperature zones that may include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods and may include work in environments where dust is present

    Preferred Education and Experience

    • High School diploma or GED-equivalent

    • Bilingual - Spanish
