    Location: Mayaguez, PR 00680

    Permanent role

    Hybrid: This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week.

    Training will be onsite from Monday-Friday 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm

    The Customer Care Representative is responsible for successfully completing the required basic training. Able to perform basic job functions with help from co-workers, specialists and managers on non-basic issues.

    How You Will Make an Impact

    Responds to customer questions via telephone and written correspondence regarding insurance benefits, provider contracts, eligibility and claims.Analyzes problems and provides information/solutions.Operates a PC/image station to obtain and extract information, documents information, activities and changes in the database.Thoroughly documents inquiry outcomes for accurate tracking and analysis.Develops and maintains positive customer relations and coordinates various functions within the company to ensure customer requests and questions are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.Researches and analyze data to address operational challenges and customer service issues. Provides external and internal customers with requested information.Under immediate supervision, receives and places follow-up telephone calls / e-mails to answer customer questions that are routine in nature.Uses computerized systems for tracking, information gathering and troubleshooting. Requires limited knowledge of company services, products, insurance benefits, provider contracts and claims. Seeks, understands and responds to the needs and expectations of internal and external customers.

    Minimum Requirements

    Requires a HS diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in an automated customer service environment; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.Bilingual (Spanish/English) or multi-language skills. Must be able to pass a validated language test/assessment.

    Preferred Requirements

    Full availability to work an 8-hour shift 7am – 11pm EST Mon. – Saturday. preferred.Automated Customer Service experience preferred.Company DescriptionAbout BCforward:

    This position is for a Lock Box Extractor/Machine Operator

    They must be able to lift 20 pounds and stand for 8 hours

    They will still be required to pass sorting test and data entry test.

    Essential Job Duties
    • Primary focus is on execution within defined parameters with some expansion based on development. Roles at this level are responsible for routine operational and/or administrative work with little to no discretion and decision-making
    • Administering defined procedures, analyses, tasks and report preparation while receiving explicit instructions for filing, recording, processing, servicing, recording, and/or organization of documentation associated with a product or process
    • May assist in reviewing or ensuring proper documentation or procedures are used for basic activities
    • This role covers a combination of staff within the areas of credit cards, retail banking, small business banking, consumer lending, mortgage banking, collections, recovery, origination, or auto finance and cover a broad range of responsibilities and duties
    • Performs basic routine tasks assigned by manager with little autonomy. May provides service in relation routine billing inquiries, service requests, suggestions and complaints from customers.
    • Completes work by following clear defined procedure
    • Other duties as assigned

    • Ability to stand for 8+hrs

    Required and/or Preferred Qualifications
    • 0-1 years experiences with working knowledge of the business or general office skills
    • High School Diploma or GED equivalent. College degree preferred
    • Works well with others in a fully developed work team environment
    • Open minded and adaptable to new ideas in a changing environment
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Proven excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
    • Good judgment and decision making ability
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
    • Analytical, research and problem resolution skills
    • Proficient in 10-Key, able to perform with a high degree of speed and accuracy.
    • Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems and applications
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
    • Basic understanding of accounting principles
    • Basic knowledge of banking policies, procedures, government regulations
    • Basic understanding of loan documentation
    • Proven ability to handle all monetary/ processing functions independently
    • Basic knowledge/experience in multiple payment delivery channels; OLDS, Lockbox, ACH, wires
    • Basic knowledge of banking policies, procedures and governmental regulations
    • Ability to perform simple scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance functions
    • Proven ability to handle high transaction volumes accurately
    • Ability to meet production goals
    • Proven ability to handle all customer service inquires and diffuse difficult customer situations independently
    • Exceptional attention to detail.

    Position: Production Technician

    Duration: 1+ Year Contract

    Job Description:
    We are seeking a Production Technician to join our team in a warehouse/manufacturing setting. The ideal candidate will be involved in machine operation, inspection, and forklift duties. Forklift certification is a plus but not required, as we are willing to train the right candidate.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    Machine Operation: Handling harvest and production equipment.Inspection Work: Conducting quality checks and inspections on products.Forklift Operation: Operating a sitting forklift (certification is a plus, but training will be provided).

     

    Requirements:
