    Position Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

    Location: 100% Remote

    Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

    Duration: 06 Months and possibility in extension but not guaranteed


    Pay rate: $44.65/ Hr on W2

    Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).



    Job Description:

    Duties:

    Responsible for designing, creating, and delivering marketing programs to support the growth and expansion of company products and services. Develops sales presentations and provides reports based on information collected such as marketing trends, competition, new products, and pricing. Assist and train other members of department. Serve as subject matter aspect for marketing related activities. Provide market research through the identification and interpretation of key business trends and findings unique to the industry. Responsible for the development and design of company and business unit marketing literature (brochures, advertisements, annual reports, etc.) Coordinate communications with appropriate sales and marketing managers regarding the status of leads, trade shows and sales materials. Perform various marketing duties in support of product marketing, market research, Internet-related marketing, and advertising. Use databases to extrapolate sets of mailings. Perform complex market analyses as needed. Responsible for editing, writing, and producing marketing materials. Plan customer seminars, user conferences, trade shows, special promotions, and direct mail campaigns Attends trade shows and industry-related events as a representative of the company. May be involved in editing, writing, and producing marketing materials."

     

    100% remote

    Skills:

    Work requires the development and adoption of non-standard procedures and has more impact and consequence of error than lower levels. Incumbent possesses considerable latitude to accomplish tasks. Customer service skills, detail oriented, excellent verbal and written communication, strong problem solving and organization skills. 5+ years experience in similar position is required. Experience in industry is required. Experience leading projects or programs preferred.

    Education:

    Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

    Job Description

    We are seeking a POC Buyer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in procurement operations, supplier coordination, and stakeholder management and a proven ability to manage task intake, prioritize workflow, resolve invoice issues, and execute purchasing activities to completion.

     

    Responsibilities:

    ·         Build strong relationships with stakeholders through responsive and proactive task execution.

    ·         Partner with stakeholders across business areas and regions to align on procurement needs.

    ·         Prioritize and plan daily workflow, managing, monitoring, and reporting task progression through completion.

    ·         Conduct supplier negotiations as required to meet cost, quality, and delivery objectives.

    ·         Operate and comply with all Procurement processes, procedures, and controls.

    ·         Resolve blocked or stalled invoices and coordinate with Accounts Payable and vendors.

    ·         Manage supplier communications and declarations to meet compliance requirements.

    ·         Support Global Vendor Master Management activities, including vendor setup and maintenance.

    ·         Facilitate Non-Disclosure Agreements in coordination with legal and suppliers.

    ·         Run Request for Quotes and analyze responses to recommend award decisions.

    ·         Rework and amend Purchase Orders in line with policy and approvals.

    ·         Manage the task request inbox, triage requests, and ensure timely follow-up.

    Required Skills & Qualifications:

    ·         Associate’s degree with 4+ years of experience, or Bachelor’s with 0–1+ years, or 8+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.

    ·         Eligibility: Must be a U.S. Citizen.

    ·         Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

    Job Description

    We are seeking a POC Buyer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in procurement operations, supplier coordination, and stakeholder management and a proven ability to manage task intake, prioritize workflow, resolve invoice issues, and execute purchasing activities to completion.

    Responsibilities:

    Build strong relationships with stakeholders through responsive and proactive task execution.Partner with stakeholders across business areas and regions to align on procurement needs.Prioritize and plan daily workflow, managing, monitoring, and reporting task progression through completion.Conduct supplier negotiations as required to meet cost, quality, and delivery objectives.Operate and comply with all Procurement processes, procedures, and controls.Resolve blocked or stalled invoices and coordinate with Accounts Payable and vendors.Manage supplier communications and declarations to meet compliance requirements.Support Global Vendor Master Management activities, including vendor setup and maintenance.Facilitate Non-Disclosure Agreements in coordination with legal and suppliers.Run Request for Quotes and analyze responses to recommend award decisions.Rework and amend Purchase Orders in line with policy and approvals.Manage the task request inbox, triage requests, and ensure timely follow-up.

    Required Skills & Qualifications:

    Associate’s degree with 4+ years of experience, or Bachelor’s with 0–1+ years, or 8+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.Eligibility: Must be a U.S. Citizen.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.Organized workflow management and attention to detail.

    Preferred Skills:
