    Job Type: Onsite

     

    Pay Range: $21/hr.- $23/hr.

    Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

     

    Work Schedule:

    From Monday to Friday, as well as Saturdays and Sundays, with rotating schedules and the possibility of working on holidays. Hours: 7 AM - 11 PM. Schedule comes out monthly.

     

    Job Description:

    Perform laboratory testing in Chemistry, Hematology, Urinalysis, Serology, and Bacteriology

    Handle pre-analytical, analytical, and post-analytical specimen processing

    Maintain accurate lab records and follow quality control and safety procedures

    Operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory equipment

    Collect and process biological specimens as needed

    Report test results, including critical values, in a timely manner

    Follow infection control, PPE, and chemical safety guidelines

    Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare team members

    Support evaluation of new lab techniques and assist with data analysis/projects

    Prepare and submit lab reports, statistics, and documentation

     

    Requirements:

    Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology

    Minimum 1 year of lab experience

    Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR)

    Valid Medical Technologist license (Puerto Rico)

    Active professional membership and required health certifications

     

    Additional Requirements:

    Sample collection and handling

    Perform diagnostic tests

    Operation and maintenance of equipment

    Perform quality and accuracy controls

    Analysis and interpretation of results

    Documentation and information management

    Printing of results

    CPR certification needed.

    Job Description:

    Responsible for formulating system scope and objectives relative to the organization's business plan and industry requirements. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Acts independently or as a member of a project team responsible for providing assistance concerning business implications of the application of various systems. Provides consulting on complex projects. Deals with vendors and major accounts regarding the implementation or connectivity related to EDI system. Troubleshoots with vendors any conversion or system issues. Functions as the technical and business resource for EDI. Collaborates with Information Technology. Exercises independent judgment in developing methods, techniques and evaluation for obtaining results and works at the highest level on all phases of systems analysis. Performs the role of a Project Lead when requested. Facilitates group or team meetings. Mentors less experienced analysts. Requires an BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field of study and a minimum of 7 years of related healthcare experience including EDI and ANSI experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

     

    Additional Skills:

    Required to speak and write in Spanish and English.

    - Proven experience in a healthcare technology environment, including healthcare data and repositories (FHIR, EDH, Excelicare).

    - Strong knowledge of interoperability standards and formats (HL7, CCDA, JSON, XML).

    - Experience supporting Corolar ADT processing (monitoring, error/rejection investigation, trend reporting).

    - Strong data extraction and transformation skills using SQL and Power Query (M).

    - Advanced Power BI proficiency(dashboards/reports) including DAX, optimized data models, and ability to deliver on-demand and scheduled operational reporting (ADT/LAB/RAD/CCDA).

    - Experience with integrations and troubleshooting using Postman (or equivalent), SFTP, and API-based transfers.

    - Strong analytical/problem-solving skills (root-cause analysis of data/integration issues).

    - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; collaborative and able to meet timelines in a fast-paced environment.

    - Commitment to data security, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance (PHI/PII).

    Job Description

    We are seeking a Field Technical Support Consultant I / Onsite Administrator (Print) - OSA Level II to join our team in Baton Rouge, LA. The ideal candidate will have experience in device support, print fleet operations, and customer-facing technical service and a proven ability to resolve routine incidents, maintain uptime, and meet service-level objectives.

    Responsibilities:
    Monitor systems to detect performance issues and resolve technical problems using established protocols. Conduct routine installations, configurations, and integrations per standard procedures. Respond to service, product, technical, and customer-relations inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction. Execute approved scripted change management activities while adhering to incident, change, and problem management processes. Meet daily production goals and contract response times with consistent service quality. Identify incident trends and escalate according to defined timeframes and protocols. Apply HP solutions to meet moderately complex customer needs within assigned technical scope. Participate in customer expectation management as part of the escalation process and set expectations based on defined parameters. Build working relationships with management in assigned accounts.
    OSA Level II Onsite Duties (Print):
    Manage consumable inventory and ensure availability at customer sites. Replace toner, consumables, and paper and clear paper jams. Assist end users with device functionality and perform initial troubleshooting. Coordinate with HP for software-branded support and report customer dissatisfaction to CSM/SDM. Collect device usage pages as needed and swap devices with spares when required.
    Required Skills & Qualifications:
    Foundational knowledge of IT environments and print fleet operations. Basic knowledge of HP products and service offerings. Effective communication with technical audiences and first-line management with active listening skills. Problem-solving skills using defined procedures in proactive and reactive scenarios. Ability to align individual work to operational plans and maintain data confidentiality. Onsite presence at the customer location in Baton Rouge, LA on a daily basis.
    Preferred Skills:
    Experience in maintenance or quality within device or print support environments. Familiarity with incident, change, and problem management processes.
    Education & Experience:
    High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required. 2-5 years of related work experience preferred, ideally in maintenance, quality, or related fields. Bachelor's degree preferred or Associate degree in a technical field with relevant experience.
