    Bazco Oil Company is hiring a Dispatcher! Only qualified applicants with experience will be considered for this position. If you don't have any experience please do not apply. This position is responsible for leading and directing transportation services between drivers and customers to ensure the attainment of operational goals. Responsibilities include planning, scheduling, organizing, directing, and tracking all aspects of logistics for Bazco Petroleum Transport Texas Division, LLC. Offering hourly pay. Schedule: Night shift and day shift Schedule hours will be discussed in interview. Benefits: • Aetna Medical, Dental, and Vision (Available after 60 days) • Aflac (Available upon hire) Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Schedule and strategize daily tasks and assigned duties. • Ensure the proper scheduling of staff to meet customer expectations and business demands. • Arrange deliveries by managing staff and truck availability; anticipate possible issues in advance. • Schedule deliveries by examining all components to include but not limited to, destination, route, rate, delivery time, and customer. • Protect the organization’s operational practices by keeping all information confidential. • Successfully complete all related paperwork accurately and timely. • Responsible for achieving and/or exceeding operational goals as well as customer satisfaction. • Operate independently without extensive supervision. • Establish an effective working relationship with customers, supervisors, and peers. • Demonstrate well-developed reasoning and problem-solving skills, including a demonstrated ability to manage risk. • Must have outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Microsoft Office proficiency is required. • Maintain a dependable work attendance record. • Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily within a fast-paced environment. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Qualifications: • Class A CDL with X endorsement (tanker and Hazmat) • 2+ years driving experienced, 1+ year oilfield experience preferred • DOT physical is current • Be able to pass DOT/FMCSA drug and alcohol screening • Clean MVR/driver history Bazco Petroleum Transport (BPT) is an industry-leading transportation provider servicing the South Texas Eagleford play.
