    What You'll Do: 

    Support daily operations through administrative tasks, office management, and coordination of departmental workflowsOversee HR functions including onboarding, orientation, compliance paperwork, and maintaining confidential employee recordsAssist with project management, reporting, invoicing, and collectionsCoordinate scheduling, staff trainings, employee engagement initiatives, and company eventsMaintain confidentiality while preparing documents, managing personnel files, and performing additional assigned duties.


    What you will need: 

    Associate's degree in a related field required, Bachelor's preferredMinimum of 2 years' of administrative or office management experienceExperience in HR or onboarding support is strongly preferred Experience with client database's or HRIS systems preferred

    What You'll Do: 

    Ensure efficient and effective coordination of home health care servicesOversee the scheduling team across both the Twin Cities and Southwest officesServe as the scheduler in charge and support key administrative functionsAssist with managing accounts receivable and payroll operations, processing invoices and payroll when neededContribute to the overall efficiency and financial health of the organization


    What You'll Need: 

    Must be 18 years or olderAssociate's or bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business or related field preferredMinimum of one year of scheduling, healthcare coordination or office management experiencePrevious CNA experience preferredMust have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance
