    Tasks and Responsibilities:

    Appointment Coordination: Keep patient appointments on schedule by notifying the study coordinator or study physician of patient's arrival.Participant Recruitment: Conduct interviews and screen potential study participants over the telephone using study questionnaires, actively recruiting study participants in accordance with each study protocol.Data Management: Review chart completion, scan documents into the Portal, and enter data into the study-related portal.Office Inventory Management: Maintain business office inventory, anticipate needed supplies, and order suppliesTreatment Information Management: Ensure the availability of treatment information by filing and retrieving patient records.Team Contribution: Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    Clinical Research or Medical Setting Experience: Candidates with prior experience in the medical setting or clinical research industry are highly desirable.Medical Office Experience: Minimum of 1 year or more in medical office, pharmacy, or similar roles.Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on customer service and telemarketing sales skills.Organizational Skills: Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in an orderly fashion.Problem-solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with a professional appearance and demeanor.Flexibility: Flexible work schedule with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.Punctuality and Reliability: Must have reliable transportation with a clean background and drug test.

    Required Work Shift:

    Part-Time hours: 3 Days a week between Tuesdays to Saturdays: 9:00AM to 5:30PM, with flexibility to work earlier or later when required.

    Office is closed on Sundays, Mondays and any other observed holidays.

    Education:

    Associate (Preferred)

    Experience:

    Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

    Medical office: 1 year (Preferred)

    Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)

    Work Location: In person.

    Additional Opportunities:

    This position is a temporary position but may lead to a permanent position depending on performance.
