We believe in a proactive approach, focusing on injury prevention, early intervention and effective return to work strategies that truly impact well being. The successful candidate will conduct comprehensive msuculoskeletal evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, monitor patient progess and adjust treatment plans as needed. The PT will perform functional capacity evaluations and conduct ergonomic assessments periodically at the patient's place of employment, and collaborate with the provider, patient and employer to develop return to work plans. You will need to communicate effectively with the patient, employer and other healthcare providers.
