Description:An investment banking associate at Bayfield Partners will have significant interaction with clients and senior bankers and will immediately assume a great deal of responsibility. Our associates work in small deal teams and are involved in every aspect of each transaction, including financial analysis, due diligence, writing teasers, information memorandums and management presentations, developing investor/acquiror contact lists and participating in client meetings.
