    Clinical Performance Specialist - Radiology - Boston, MA PURPOSE As a Clinical Performance Specialist within Bayer's Radiology business unit, you are essential to enhancing customer experience through expert-level training and support for Bayer Radiology's portfolio of products. WHO YOU ARE Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following: REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS * Associate's degree in a relatable technical/clinical discipline with at least 6 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 4 years of experience, or a Master's degree with 2 years of experience; * Radiologic Technologist (RT) Certification and/or CIIP Certification; * Broad knowledge of effective Radiology and/or IT department workflow and practice; * Excellent verbal and communication skills, proficiency in MS Office suite, and willingness to learn new technologies; * Ability to problem solve, manage complexity, and ambiguity; * Willingness to travel approximately 70% of the time, including overnight travel; * Valid driver's license; * Experience with Bayer/Medrad Injector systems and IT experience/radiation dose management software is a plus. The Sr. AGM, Asundexian is responsible for delivering top-line targets while effectively leading and managing a dynamic cross-functional customer-facing team within their business unit. You will manage a cost base which consists of personnel and flexible spending and will make necessary trade-offs to maximize impact. You have a deep understanding of the specific needs of healthcare practitioners and health care systems within the stroke prevention space; ultimately driving customer and patient-centric outcomes while ensuring performance goals are met. This role requires extensive collaboration with HQ and other stakeholders to drive performance outcomes. YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES The primary responsibilities of this role, Sr. AGM, Asundexian, are to: * Accountable for achieving revenue goals for the area. Execute comprehensive strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth and market share in the region. Work within the financial framework provided by the organization. Identify unique roles, structures, and alignment. Resource the team appropriately based on geographic/market needs; * Develop and lead a high-performing team in the business unit. This team includes sales representatives, institutional sales specialists, key account managers, and other specialized roles. Partner and collaborate with National Account Directors (NAD); * Build strategic partnerships with C-suite and D-suite leaders - including CMOs, CCOs, CFOs, Pharmacy leaders, Quality to shape enterprise adoption and formulary access; * Enable and influence patient access and reimbursement strategies for the entire portfolio. WHO YOU ARE Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following: Required Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree is required; * Strong mindset towards insatiable ownership, curiosity, and accountability of their local business. Ability to understand and leverage large data sets; * Significant experience working in Stroke, Anti-Coagulation and Cardiovascular therapeutic areas. * Able to create local vision and strategy for the greatest business impact. Demonstrated strength in identifying talent, coaching mentoring teams/peers; helping others to meet or exceed their goals, targets, and other responsibilities; * Thorough understanding of health systems, customer segments, regional market dynamics, and KOL development within the therapeutic area(s); * Willing and able to travel routinely on a weekly basis. * Experience leading sales or account teams in hospital or health systems sales * 8+ years' experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech sector preferred with roles of increasing responsibility in sales, account management, hospital sales, market access, brand management, commercial operations, medical, etc.; Preferred Qualifications: * Direct leadership experience with secondary stroke prevention therapies (e.g., antiplatelets, anticoagulants, lipid-lowering, or novel mechanisms) * Advanced understanding of recurrent stroke risk factors (atrial fibrillation, atherosclerosis, hypertension, diabetes, dyslipidemia) * Deep familiarity with post-stroke treatment guidelines and long-term prevention strategies * Ability to interpret and communicate secondary stroke clinical endpoints (e.g., recurrent ischemic events, MACE, safety outcomes) * Experience engaging neurologists, cardiologists, primary care, and advanced practice providers in longitudinal care settings * Knowledge of care transitions from hospital to outpatient, rehabilitation, and chronic management * Experience working with multidisciplinary stroke teams, including neurology, cardiology, pharmacy, and care coordinators * Understanding of formulary management and prior authorization for chronic secondary prevention therapies * Familiarity with population health, adherence challenges, and real-world evidence in stroke prevention * Experience collaborating with HEOR teams to support outcomes and cost-of-care discussions * Track record of driving adoption in crowded, guideline-driven therapeutic categories * Strong credibility in discussions around risk-benefit, safety, and long-term outcomes * Demonstrated commitment to patient-centric, evidence-based secondary stroke prevention Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $202,000.00 to $303,000.00.
