Bay Property Management Group Philadelphia is seeking a motivated and licensed Leasing Agent to help lease residential rental properties throughout Philadelphia and the surrounding counties. This role is ideal for a sales-driven real estate professional who enjoys working independently, managing their own schedule, and maximizing their earning potential.
With a steady inventory of available rental properties and ongoing lead opportunities, you'll have the tools and support needed to build a successful leasing business.
Responsibilities
Respond promptly to rental inquiries and leadsSchedule and conduct property showings for prospective tenantsFollow up with applicants and guide them through the leasing processProcess rental applications and prepare lease documentationMaintain and update MLS listings and online rental advertisementsCoordinate move-ins and complete pre-move-in inspectionsDeliver exceptional customer service to property owners and tenantsMaintain accurate records and communication throughout the leasing processQualifications
Active Pennsylvania Real Estate Salesperson License (Required)Previous leasing, real estate, sales, or customer service experience preferredStrong communication, follow-up, and closing skillsSelf-motivated with the ability to work independentlyReliable transportation, valid driver's license, and smartphoneAvailability to conduct showings during evenings and weekends as neededComfortable using technology, mobile apps, and online leasing platformsCompensation & Benefits
