We are seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor-IT or an Advanced Practice Social Worker to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide evidenced based psychotherapy, on an out-patient basis to children, adolescents, adults and families. You will have complete autonomy over your schedule; while providing psychotherapy for a minimum of twenty-six clients per week, to be considered full-time. Our clinic is closed on Fridays; to provide our therapists a three-day weekend. Responsibilities Perform intake assessmentsProvide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and childrenCreate individualized treatment plans for each clientUse evidence-based treatment methods in individual and group therapy.Maintain detailed, accurate and timely documentation of patient information, notes and treatment planAdhere to all facility and licensing standardsQualificationsLicensed Professional Counselor-IT or Advanced Practice Social WorkerPrevious experience as a mental health therapist preferred but not necessaryExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsWorks well both individually and as a teamHighly organized
