    What You'll Be Doing:

    As an Account Executive, you will drive sales of Baxter capital equipment, ranging from $3M to $15M, and collaborate with sales specialists and leadership to develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy within your assigned territory and account base. You will provide expert knowledge and insights to support the successful adoption and implementation of Baxter's solutions. Your goal is to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction within your territory.

    Travel Requirements

    Territory:

    Travel up to 50% - 75% across a territory of St. Louis, the eastern half of Missouri and Southern Illinois with overnight travel expected.Must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and be able to drive an automobile.

    The Clinical Sales Account Manager drives the generation of Hillrom Rental Therapy. In collaboration with the Account Executive and specialty sales partners, you will develop and implement sales strategies that deliver comprehensive solutions to customers within the assigned territory or account base.

    What You'll Be Doing

    Drive overall revenue attainment across assigned accounts by developing and implementing sales strategies that deliver comprehensive solutions to customers. Conduct negotiations with customers to finalize sales and achieve product revenue goals by ensuring new product success.

    Collaborate with internal sales and service partners to seamlessly serve shared accounts.

    What You'll Bring

Capital/durable medical equipment solutions selling is preferred or 3 years of hospital leadership experience to include handling staff, leading budgets, and communicating innovative ideas to executive-level healthcare customers.

    Your Role at Baxter As a Patient Monitoring and Diagnostics Account Executive at Baxter Healthcare selling our full Welch Allyn product line portfolio (now part of Baxter), you will apply your track record of successful sales and profitable growth to increase new sales within the territory. You will also be preparing and continually refining a sales plan and forecast for specific target market opportunities and coordinating with technical and applications support resources when needed, to facilitate sales, or sell repair contracts where appropriate. Working from your home office you will look to develop and grow the sales of legacy Welch Allyn capital equipment and connected solutions along with other core product categories throughout this territory. With an expert knowledge of your customer's business and value drivers, you are able to educate customers on product solution differentiators to enable customer success! Home Base: Indianapolis Territory: Northern Indiana and Southern Michigan Travel: Up to 75% travel in territory including 2-3 overnights a month

    What you'll be doing Call on current and prospective acute care customers (hospitals and IDN's) in your assigned territory. Partner with clinical consultants, sales engineers, solutions architects, corporate and strategic accounts, and product management to offer customers comprehensive end-to-end solutions. Sell the complete line of Welch Allyn products and systems, with call points in but not limited to, C-suite, nursing, administration, cardiology, radiology, respiratory care, medical/surgical floors, emergency departments, clinical informatics, IT, Biomed and materials management. Responsible for full sales cycle execution, including opportunity prioritization, accurate forecasting, qualification of large, sophisticated sales, preparation for customer presentations, professional follow-up, and goal attainment. Develop customer driven solutions using both stand-alone and EMR connected systems that improve hospital efficiency, patient safety and outcomes, and enable connectivity to access information. Using data to identify key opportunities, ultimately requiring keen analytical proficiencies. Understand and implement consultative selling, uncovering unmet needs and fostering a solution driven environment. Use marketing communications to create optimal promotional, advertising and trade show activity to improve company and product visibility.

    What you'll bring Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. 3+ years of outside sales experience (medical device experience preferred). Experience selling medical equipment with connectivity is desirable. Outstanding communication, negotiation, organizational, problem solving, facilitation, and presentation skills are essential for success. Ability to travel 50% in the assigned territory.
