Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of electronic technicians, fostering a collaborative work environment.Diagnose and troubleshoot electronic systems and components to ensure efficient operation.Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of electronic equipment.Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.Collaborate with engineering teams to improve existing systems and develop new solutions.Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and inventory of electronic parts.Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in all electronic work.Provide training and support to team members on best practices and new technologies.
