Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of electronic technicians, fostering a collaborative work environment.Diagnose and troubleshoot electronic systems and components to ensure efficient operation.Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of electronic equipment.Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.Collaborate with engineering teams to improve existing systems and develop new solutions.Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and inventory of electronic parts.Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in all electronic work.Provide training and support to team members on best practices and new technologies. Qualifications Associate's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; Bachelor's degree preferred.5+ years of experience in electronic maintenance and repair, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.Strong knowledge of electronic systems, circuits, and troubleshooting techniques.Proficient in using diagnostic tools and software for electronic testing.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology.
