We offer $13:00-$14.50/hr based on experience plus daily sales bonuses and commissions on device repairs. Once you pass your device repair training, pay is increased to $14.50. Training can be completed within 30 days.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE / SALES ASSOCIATE / DEVICE REPAIR TECHNICIAN
You arrive for each shift excited to meet new people and sell products, services, and solutions associated with the Batteries Plus Bulbs operation. As a Sales Associate, you love chatting with people and are able to make personal connections easily and ensure that every customer feels welcome and valued. You educate customers on batteries, lighting, and electronic devices. Your sales savviness assists you in achieving your sales goals by suggesting add-ons and upsells on products.
As a Device Repair Technician, you repair our customers' cell phones, tablets, and other devices. You also test, install, and replace batteries in vehicles, watches, key fobs, cell phones, and more. The training that you have been given gives you the confidence to assist our clients with their technology troubles.
You take charge of challenging opportunities as they arise and provide excellent customer service. You are the key to helping customers find the correct solution to their battery, lighting, and cell phone problems.
