Bassett Furniture Seeking Bookkeeper and Back Office Manager at the Lone Tree Location
About the Role
Local retail furniture company seeks an experienced bookkeeper. You'll manage day-to-day bookkeeping across several related accounts, so comfort juggling multi-tasking proficiency is a must. On hand training to learn industry software, AP, AR GL and all aspects that is required. Part Time may be considered for the right individual.
Responsibilities
Full-cycle bookkeeping across multiple entitiesAccounts receivable and accounts payable, including invoice entry, reconciliationBank and credit card reconciliationsMonth-end close support and reportingExpense and receipt tracking per company policyIntercompany transaction recordingMonthly State and Local Tax reporting and licensingAssist with Payroll and HR reportingRequirements
2+ years of bookkeeping experience (required)Strong reconciliation skills and attention to detailProficiency with Excel; High platform adaptabilityAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionAvailable to work Monday-Friday 9am-5pm with occasional 6pm closing shiftPreferred
Multi-entity or intercompany bookkeeping experienceExperience in a regulated furniture or retail industryTo Apply: Submit your resume with a brief note on your QBO experience.

This person must be dedicated and reliable individual that has a great attitude and is ready to do what is required to grow and continue to be successful. Bassett is looking for an individual that has been in furniture sales and design for a minimum of 1 year.
Requirements to be considered for this position:
With our extensive training program, you start at a minimum $20.00p/h and commission-based pay plan, exceeding other competitors in our market your income will be limited only by the amount of effort you apply.
Note: This is an essential position requiring, previous furniture sales experience, a well-spoken, talented, confident, motivated and well-organized leader.
