This is an onsite role based in Philadelphia, PA. The Project Manager will be responsible for overall project delivery, including client communication, cost management, scheduling, and quality control. Qualifications * Facilitate and lead coordination meetings with internal and external project teams from preconstruction through closeout to ensure alignment and effective communication. * Oversee procurement activities including bidding strategies, scope development, pre-bid meetings, and bid evaluation and award recommendations. * Initiate and manage the development of project schedules, site logistics plans, mobilization activities, and permitting requirements. * Manage project financials, including general conditions budgets, cost forecasting, cash flow analysis, and cost reporting using SAP. * Ensure strong cost control practices are implemented and maintained throughout the lifecycle of the project. * Support the Superintendent in managing owner relations, subcontractor communications, and enforcement of contract requirements. * Coordinate Barton Malow personnel and project resources while supervising jobsite staff and monitoring performance against schedule and quality expectations. * Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, consultants, and Barton Malow team members. * Administer the financial and contractual aspects of owner contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, and change management processes. * Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate project risks while maintaining compliance with insurance and safety requirements.
