Job Summary B&A is looking for a Project Manager to join a contract with a federal government client in support of an important mission. We are seeking a highly skilled OCIO, Office of the Chief Information Officer, Project Manager to lead and oversee large-scale IT development projects within a government environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, including requirements analysis, systems engineering, and operations and maintenance projects. This role requires expertise in Earned Value Management (EVM), as well as a strong background in managing multiyear government projects. Responsibilities Oversee and manage the full project lifecycle, from initiation to completion, ensuring projects meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
    Conduct requirements analysis to ensure project deliverables align with stakeholder needs and technical specifications.
    Lead systems engineering and development efforts, working closely with technical teams to design, develop, and implement IT solutions.

    Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.

Job Summary B&A is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Functional Analyst / UI/UX Developer to support a federal government client. This hybrid role combines deep functional analysis with user-centered interface design and front-end development, contributing to the delivery of modern, intuitive, and efficient IT systems. Responsibilities Conduct in-depth analysis of business applications, including needs assessments, stakeholder interviews, and documentation reviews.
    Develop functional and technical requirements for complex IT systems, ensuring completeness, traceability, and alignment with business objectives.
    Create system documentation including flowcharts, swim lane diagrams, data models, UI mockups, and user stories.
    Lead and conduct Analyses of Alternatives (AoAs) and gap analyses to support system recommendations.
    Design and develop user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications using wireframes, prototypes, and front-end technologies.
    Write modern, responsive front-end code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React; collaborate with back-end developers for system integration.
    Ensure all UI/UX components follow performance optimization, accessibility, and usability best practices.
    Participate in user testing and feedback loops to inform design improvements.
    Provide technical guidance on migration strategies, proof-of-concept evaluations, and contribute to project management artifacts.
    Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information systems, Graphic Design, Business, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in IT system functional analysis and UI/UX design and development. Required Skills Expertise in developing functional requirements for integrated IT systems.
    Proficient in UI/UX tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and front-end web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React).
    Experience conducting stakeholder interviews, documenting processes, and defining system workflows.
    Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
    Understanding of performance optimization, usability, and accessibility standards.
    Desired Skills Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA, CSM).
    Experience with Agile, SAFe, or Waterfall development methodologies.
    Exposure to back-end technologies such as Node.js and Express.
    Knowledge of enterprise architecture and data modeling principles
