We are looking for a friendly and energetic Dog Grooming Salon Manager to oversee the daily operations of our busy salon. As the Salon Manager, you will be responsible for managing the front desk, booking appointments, returning phone calls and emails, customer service, hiring, training, and supervising staff, scheduling shifts, maintaining meticulous records, and promoting the BarkSuds brand.
If you are knowledgeable about a wide range of beauty treatments and products, have management experience, and have a knack for organization, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
Provide excellent communication and customer service for our clientsOversee the daily operations of the salonHire, train, and supervise Dog Bathing Technicians and GroomersAssist in dog bathing when neededCreate and manage employee schedulesOrder products and maintain inventorySchedule regular maintenance of equipment and ensure peak operating conditionsAdhere to the highest standards in dog grooming, health and safetyQualifications
Enjoy a fast paced envirnoment with multiple prioiritesPrevious experience as a managing a salon or other franchiseAbility to work past 5pm as neededAbility to stand for long periods of time, handle and lift dogsProfessional acumen and appearanceExperience handling and resolving customer complaints and issuesExcellent communication skills and ability to respond to customers requests gracefully and professionallyPrevious Dog Grooming experience is preferred but not required
