We are looking to hire a dedicated Shop Inspector to join our team. The Shop Inspector will support our Quality Control department.

General:
To make sure the shop complies with all applicable Federal Aviation Regulations, manufacturer's specifications and recommendations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain and keep current a file of pertinent FAA regulations, Advisory Circulars, Type Certification Data Sheets, and Air-worthiness Directives.Assure that periodic checks are made of all inspection tools and test equipment used by the shop and to remove from service any item found to be beyond its recertification due date. Assure current records of those inspections and tests are maintained.Determine that no defective, unserviceable, or un-air-worthy parts are installed in any component or articles released by the shop.Notify Director - Quality of any circumstance requiring the execution of a malfunction and defect report. Such report will be filed by the Atlanta station within the prescribed time after the malfunction or defect has been discovered, or FAA will be contacted for instructions.Accomplish final acceptance of all incoming material including new parts, supplies and the airworthiness of articles on which work has been performed outside the shop by contract.Conduct preliminary, hidden damage, in-progress, and final inspection of all articles processed by the shop and record results as outlined in the manual.Oversee the proper tagging and identification of all parts and components as outlined in this manual.See that rejected and unserviceable parts are handled in such a way as to prevent their use as serviceable parts.Maintain files of completed work order and inspection forms in such a manner that the file pertaining to a specific item repaired can be readily located for review.See that all Life-Limited products, such as adhesive, sealants and lubricants are not kept beyond their "Do not use after" date.
Requirements and skills
At least 3 years of Aviation experience as a QC inspector or TechnicianKnowledgeable with FARsKnowledgeable with inspection methods, equipment and tools to determine airworthiness of article or unitAble to perform inspections on maintenance, preventive maintenance or alterations done to articlesAble to use mechanical, electronic and visual inspection aidsKnowledge of ISO9000 seriesKnowledge of basic electronic theory

We are looking to hire a dedicated Technical Sales Manager to join our team who will support our GSTE (Ground Support Test Equipment) Manufacturing and Distribution Department.
Basic Functions:
To help maintain and grow the current level of business for the GSTE manufactured and distributed product lines.
To lead sales campaigns in the territory assigned with the customer base assigned. Use historical data and available fleet growth and MRO data researches available to identify sales opportunities as well as Market Intelligence input for our main product lines.
Primary Duties and Functions:
Duties and responsibilities which occupy a major portion of time and importance in the job. Employee(s) shall perform one or more of the following duties.
To help the VP in charge of the Business Unit not only maintain but also grow the current business of the GSTE product lines.To be a driving force for the Technical Sales activity of both GSTE product lines (manufactured and distributed).To analyze historical sales data by product line, region, customer type to capitalize on business opportunities and possible upgrades To feed and keep up to date the Distribution “database” with the sales results per part number, product lines, regions.Understands each product line and associated technical requirements (applicability, market segment) Understands the industry and suggests in bringing new product line to add to our current catalog (internal and external GSTE solutions).Available to work beyond the eight-hour day shift as needed.Travel requirements needed domestically and internationally (up to 50%).Requirements:
Required education: Bachelor’s degree plus 1-5 years related experience, master a plus in Business Administration, Engineering or FinanceRequired education: Technical background is a must: either with an Engineering degree and/or experience in Engineering in an Airline would be bestVery good technical knowledge of the aircraft tooling and the aircraft maintenance industry is a mustExcellent negotiation and selling skills in international environment. Must be a closer.Good Microsoft Office skills with a plus on Excel and PowerPoint,Analytical skills of large data and detailed oriented are a plus,You are motivated, curious, proactive and organized,You are resistant to stress, flexible and agile to lead several sales campaigns in parallel,You enjoy teamwork and have good communication skills,Project management will be useful,You embody our values:
