About the Role
High-end residential general contractor seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple renovation projects across NYC and Westchester.
This is not an entry-level role. We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of jobs, manage subcontractors, coordinate with architects/designers, and keep projects moving without constant oversight.
Responsibilities
Manage multiple active high-end residential projects simultaneouslyCoordinate all subcontractors and schedules on siteWork closely with architects, designers, and clientsReview drawings and proactively identify issues before they become problemsTrack materials, lead times, and deliveriesMaintain clean, organized job sites and enforce quality standardsCommunicate clearly with ownership and provide regular project updatesHelp drive projects to completion on schedule and within budgetRequirements
3–7+ years of project management experience in residential construction (NYC experience strongly preferred)Experience working on high-end renovations (not ground-up commercial)Strong understanding of construction sequencing and trade coordinationAbility to manage multiple projects at once without things slippingComfortable working directly with clients, architects, and designersHighly organized, detail-oriented, and proactiveStrong communication and problem-solving skillsCompensation
Compensation will be based on experience. Candidates without direct high-end residential renovation experience will be considered at the lower end of the range.

Someone who takes ownership, thinks ahead, and doesn’t need to be micromanaged. The right person will grow into a senior role and become a key part of the team.
