Direct Support Professional Pay Details: Direct Support Professional - Starting at $18 per hour. Direct Support Professional with NADSP - Starting at $19 per hour. Sign-On Bonus: $1000. Part Time Hours: 2nd Shift 3:00pm - 11:00pm and; 3rd Shift: 11:00pm - 9:00am hours available, including weekends and holidays, approximately 28 hours/week. What is a Direct Support Professional? Whether assisting with daily activities, encouraging social connections, or providing emotional support - you'll play a crucial role in that journey. Prior experience is not necessary - we offer comprehensive training to ensure you have the tools you need to succeed. What you'll need: Must be 18 years or older. High school diploma or GED required. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Pre-hire Clearances: State Police Criminal Record Check, Child Abuse Clearance, FBI Clearance (if you have not lived in PA for the past 2 years).
