Mid-sized Personal Injury law firm looking for an Office Clerk for our Plano, TX office. The Medical Office Clerk's duties are, but not limited to filing, faxing, scanning, answering phones, gathering medical information on cases, and tracking case status. This is an entry-level position with an opportunity for growth and advancement. We will provide training and knowledge on the handling of personal injury cases. Starting pay $12/hr. 35-hour workweek.
Job Duties • Accurate filing of all documentation to the appropriate client file and scanning of documents into the computer system • Assuring readiness and correctness of files • Knowledge of Medical Records is a plus • Answering phones professionally and providing excellent customer service • Fill in for Receptionist at the front desk
Knowledge Skills and Abilities • 1+ year(s) office experience • Excellent computer skills • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills • Excellent customer service skills • Desire to achieve excellence in an office environment • Must have a positive attitude • Bi-lingual • Must be very accurate and detail oriented
