Barbara’s New Beginnings is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Bra Fitter / Intimate Apparel Specialist to provide personalized fitting services for clients seeking post-surgical, mastectomy, and specialty bra solutions. This role is centered on helping customers regain confidence, comfort, and proper fit through expert measurement, product knowledge, and supportive one-on-one consultations.
This is a highly customer-focused role requiring empathy, discretion, and strong consultative sales skills.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct private, one-on-one bra fitting appointmentsTake accurate band, bust, and post-surgical measurementsFit and recommend mastectomy bras, pocketed bras, prosthetics, and intimate apparelEducate customers on proper fit, symmetry, and post-surgical comfort solutionsProvide compassionate support for clients recovering from breast surgery or medical proceduresMaintain sensitivity and professionalism during personal fittingsBuild trust-based relationships with repeat customers and referralsAchieve sales goals while prioritizing comfort, fit, and customer careMaintain product knowledge of specialty bras, forms, and accessoriesSupport store operations including inventory, merchandising, and POS transactions Read Less
