    About the Regional Float Pool
    Our regional hospitalist team provides coverage where patient demand is greatest. One week, you may be rounding at our downtown Jacksonville flagship; the next, you could be practicing steps from the beach in Amelia Island or serving the growing community in Clay County. Regardless of site, you ll have consistent support, standardized systems (Epic EHR), and the shared goal of exceptional, community-based care.

    5+ years of hospitalist experience preferred

Your primary responsibilities will include early identification, notification, and escalation of concerning tracings, while advocating for evidence-based practices and guiding fellow nurses in their professional growth. Other information: ● Licensure as a Registered Nurse in Arkansas or eligible due to Compact state agreements. ● Proficiency in interpreting fetal tracings and identifying physiological abnormalities. Electronic Fetal Monitoring Certification. ● Effective communication skills, both written and verbal ● Strong clinical leadership abilities ● Minimum of three years of labor and delivery experience in a level 2,3, or 4 facility. ● BSN preferred, Current Healthcare Provider CPR/BLS ● Must obtain 20 Contact hours per year, fifty percent of which must be clinically focused.
