    ABOUT THE JOB

    The Sales Administrator plays a critical role in supporting the sales team by ensuring accurate processing of quotes, contracts, customer information, and sales-related reporting. This position serves as the bridge between Sales, Operations, Customer Service, Purchasing, and Accounting to help deliver exceptional customer experience while improving efficiency and profitability.

    The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This position is based full-time at our Tampa, FL headquarters.


    Key Responsibilities


    Sales Support

    Provide administrative support to the sales team and leadership. Prepare, review, and distribute sales proposals, bids, and customer quotations. Assist in the preparation of builder contracts, pricing agreements, and customer documentation. Manage incoming sales inquiries and direct them to the appropriate sales representative. Coordinate communication with manufacturer partners when needed for quoting.

    Customer & Account Management

    Maintain accurate customer records within CRM and ERP systems. Serve as one of the points contact for customers regarding order status and general inquiries. Assist with resolving customer issues by coordinating with internal departments.

    Order & Project Coordination

    Enter and track sales orders accurately and efficiently. Monitor orders from quote through installation and completion, keeping sales team and customers proactively updated as necessary.Assist in managing builder community information, permit reports and project updates.

    Reporting & Analytics

    Generate weekly and monthly sales reports. Assist in maintaining sales dashboards and reporting tools.

    Administrative Duties

    Maintain organized electronic and physical files. Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, and sales materials. Support special projects and initiatives as assigned. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Maintain samples, levels and requests with manufacturers.

    Qualifications


    Education & Experience

    Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. 2+ years of administrative, sales support, customer service, or coordinator experience. Experience in construction, building products, garage doors, windows, roofing, or related industries is preferred.

    Skills & Abilities

    Strong organizational and time-management skills.Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and customer service abilities. Professional demeanor and positive attitude. The understanding of urgent matters and acting on them appropriately.

    Technical Skills

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). Experience with CRM software and ERP systems preferred. Ability to create reports, analyze data, and maintain databases.

    Prolonged period of times at a desk and on a computerMust be able to lift up to 15 pounds on occasion

    ABOUT THE JOB

    This is a high-impact role, with Board and Executive-level visibility at the center of Banko’s growth strategy. The Corporate Development and Integration Manager will be a key strategic leader and will own post-acquisition integration from close through full operational alignment – including standing up acquired companies on Banko’s systems, rationalizing their financial processes, and ensuring synergy capture is planned and realized. This role is a unique opportunity to both help shape enterprise-level growth, while also being a key operational leader for the business.

    The ideal candidate brings a strategic mindset alongside a strong accounting and financial foundation – enough to map a chart of accounts, run a month-end close conversation, and identify where a target’s books need work – paired with the operational instincts and project management drive of a business operator. This is not an accounting role, but financial literacy is non-negotiable.

    When not in an active integration, this person will lead special projects directly under the guidance of the CFO: driving cross-functional initiatives, preparing executive materials, supporting deal diligence, and leading special projects that improve performance and scalability across the platform.

    This position is based full-time at our Tampa, FL headquarters with travel to operating locations and acquisition targets across the Southeast as needed.

    M&A and Due Diligence

    Support M&A strategy and origination effortsServe as a core member of the diligence team during active deal processes, coordinating financial, operational, and commercial workstreamsAnalyze target financials, customer and builder concentration, fleet and inventory, key person dependencies, and technology gapsProduce diligence summary memos and integration readiness assessments for leadership reviewMaintain standardized diligence frameworks, data request lists, and management interview guides

    Post-Acquisition Integration

    Own end-to-end integration planning and execution for acquired businesses, from pre-close readiness through full operational convergenceBuild and manage detailed integration workplans across operations, sales, finance, HR, and technology – with clear owners, milestones, and escalation pathsLead the financial integration workstream: map acquired company chart of accounts to Banko’s structure, rationalize month-end close processes, and support the target’s interim close cycle during the transition periodDrive technology migration onto Banko’s operating stack: ServiceTitan(field ops/CRM), NetSuite (ERP/finance), etc.Identify, track, and execute synergy capture opportunities – cost rationalization, pricing alignment, vendor consolidationEnsure acquired entities are fully integrated into Banko’s KPI framework and reporting cadenceDevelop and deploy repeatable integration playbooks and onboarding templates to support a growing deal pipeline

    As a Service Technician, you will diagnose, repair, install, and maintain garage doors and openers, ensuring safe, high-quality work and exceptional customer service. Banko is committed to providing top-tier training, industry-leading tools, and long-term career growth.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential and commercial garage doors and openers.Complete installations and service jobs using hand and power tools safely.Drive to customer locations, assess service needs, and recommend solutions.Test door systems, openers, safety sensors, and electronic components for proper function.Document completed work, materials used and maintain accurate inventory.Maintain a safe, clean work environment and company vehicle.Communicate professionally with customers and provide solution-based recommendations.Review work orders for accuracy before leaving job sites.Work closely with management and report any job-site issues promptly.

    Qualifications:

    High school diploma or GED required.At least 1–2 years of experience in garage doors, construction, electrical, HVAC, or a related trade.Mechanically inclined with strong problem-solving skills.Valid driver’s license with a clean 3-year driving record.Ability to lift 75+lbs, work on your feet, from a ladder and perform tasks in outdoor conditions.Strong communication and customer service skills.Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.Comfortable with face-to-face customer interaction and upselling when appropriate.Ability to read and follow detailed instructions.Reliable, safety-driven, and committed to high-quality workmanship.Comfortable working in a piece-rate environment once trained.
