The Position:
We are actively seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent / Project Manager to lead large-scale healthcare, technology, and mission critical construction projects throughout the region. This role requires strong field leadership, project execution experience, subcontractor coordination, and the ability to manage fast-paced projects from preconstruction through final turnover.

The Position
We are hiring an experienced Electrical Superintendent in Dallas, TX to oversee field operations on large-scale commercial and mission critical projects, including data centers, mission critical facilities, and complex commercial builds. This is a key leadership role responsible for managing crews, coordinating schedules, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring work is completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
What You’ll Do
Lead and supervise electrical field crews, subcontractors, and daily site operationsOversee installation of electrical systems on commercial, data center, and mission critical projectsCoordinate manpower, materials, equipment, schedules, and jobsite logisticsRead and interpret blueprints, plans, specifications, and electrical drawingsWork closely with Project Managers, General Contractors, inspectors, and other tradesEnsure all work is completed according to NEC, project specifications, and company standardsMaintain strong jobsite safety practices and enforce OSHA/company safety policiesTrack progress, identify issues early, and support solutions to keep projects movingParticipate in project meetings, look-ahead schedules, and field coordination effortsMentor foremen, journeymen, apprentices, and field team membersJob Qualifications
