The Position: Actively hiring a Senior Project Architect – QA/QC & Technical Leader to step into a newly created, high-visibility role that will serve as a pivotal technical resource across multiple studios and project teams. This is a unique opportunity for a highly experienced architectural professional who thrives in technical problem-solving, quality leadership, mentoring, and improving project delivery standards firm-wide. Pivotal Role: This is a fast-track leadership opportunity with uncapped long-term growth potential. The role will work closely with studio leaders, project teams, and technical staff to support quality assurance initiatives, mentor teams, improve standards, and help drive technical excellence throughout the firm.
What You’ll Do
Lead and perform architectural QA/QC reviews across all project phases, including SD, DD, CDs, permit sets, and construction documentation.Serve as a firm-wide technical resource supporting multiple project teams and studios.Review drawings, specifications, and BIM documentation for coordination, constructability, code compliance, and technical accuracy.Partner with project architects, designers, consultants, and leadership teams to identify and resolve technical challenges proactively.Support projects spanning retail, rollout programs, mixed-use, multifamily, hospitality, tenant improvement, workplace, and commercial environments.Mentor and guide project teams on best practices related to documentation quality, detailing, coordination, and technical execution.Assist teams with building code analysis, life safety requirements, accessibility compliance, and agency coordination.Help establish and improve firm-wide QA/QC standards, processes, checklists, technical resources, and documentation procedures.Collaborate with BIM/Revit leadership to maintain high standards for model management, drawing consistency, and technical production workflows.Participate in lessons learned initiatives and help implement process improvements that reduce risk and elevate project delivery quality.Support construction administration efforts, including RFIs, submittals, substitutions, and resolution of technical issues.Act as a trusted technical leader capable of driving project success across diverse teams and complex projects.Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture required.Registered Architect License is mandatory (CA License or NCARB) 10+ years of architectural experience with significant exposure to technical project delivery, construction documentation, QA/QC, and construction administration.Strong experience across diverse project sectors, including retail, rollout/store planning, mixed-use, multifamily, hospitality, commercial, workplace, and tenant improvement projects.Advanced knowledge of building systems, constructability, detailing, and technical coordination.Deep understanding of building codes, accessibility standards, permitting processes, and life safety requirements.Expert-level proficiency in Revit and strong technical production capabilities.Strong QA/QC leadership experience reviewing and improving drawing sets and technical documentation.Experience mentoring teams and collaborating across multiple disciplines and project groups.Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.Experience with Bluebeam, BIM workflows, and document management platforms is highly preferred.Compensation & Benefits - (Highly Competitive)

The Position
We are hiring an experienced Electrical Superintendent in Dallas, TX to oversee field operations on large-scale commercial and mission critical projects, including data centers, mission critical facilities, and complex commercial builds. The Position: We are seeking a Project Architect with strong experience in DSA, K-12 and education-focused projects, particularly those governed by Division of the State Architect (DSA) regulations. This role will lead technical design and project coordination efforts while supporting the delivery of high-quality education facilities from design through construction documentation.
The Project Architect will work closely with project managers, consultants, and clients to ensure design intent, regulatory compliance, and technical quality across all phases of the project.
What You’ll Do
Lead the development and coordination of construction documents for K-12 and education facilities.Ensure project designs comply with DSA requirements, California building codes, and public agency standards.Coordinate closely with consultants including structural, mechanical, electrical, and civil engineers.Support project delivery from schematic design through construction administration.Conduct building code analysis and technical research to ensure regulatory compliance.Work directly with project managers and leadership to maintain project schedules and quality standards.Participate in client and consultant meetings and incorporate feedback into project documentation.Mentor junior staff and support the coordination of project teams.What You Need (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.6+ years of architectural experience with a strong focus on construction documentation.Recent DSA project experience required, preferably within K-12 or education facilities.California Architect license is mandatory Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.Strong knowledge of California building codes and public agency project requirements.Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary consultant teams.Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.What’s Offered (Competitive Full Package – National)
