    A DAY IN THE LIFE AS THE IT OPERATIONS MANAGER:

    Reporting to the Director of Finance and working alongside long-term technology partners and staff, the IT Operations Manager oversees daily technology operations across both Baltimore Country Club campuses. This role is responsible for IT support, systems administration, cybersecurity, infrastructure reliability, user access, A/V systems, and technology service delivery.

    The ideal candidate is service-oriented, highly organized, and enjoys taking ownership of technology processes while ensuring systems remain secure, reliable, and responsive to the needs of members, guests, staff, and leadership.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Oversee daily IT operations and help desk support, ensuring timely resolution of hardware, software, network, phone, printer, and user-access issues.Manage user accounts, onboarding/offboarding processes, permissions, and system access.Support and maintain Club technology systems including POS, accounting, reservations, communications, reporting, and file storage systems.Coordinate with third-party vendors and managed service providers to maintain system performance, security, backups, and infrastructure.Lead cybersecurity initiatives including training, access controls, MFA practices, and incident response procedures.Maintain IT documentation, inventories, licensing, and equipment lifecycle management.Support technology needs for meetings, events, and Club operations.Assist with budgeting, technology projects, process improvements, and staff training.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred (equivalent experience considered).5+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or IT operations.Previous leadership, project coordination, or vendor management experience preferred.Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows environments, networking, mobile devices, Wi-Fi, and cybersecurity best practices.Excellent troubleshooting, communication, organization, and customer service skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively in a hospitality environment.Ability to travel between campuses and provide occasional after-hours support as needed.

    Responsibilities

    Lead and support Food & Beverage managers and service staff in preparing, executing, and closing a la carte dining and banquet services.Manage staff scheduling to ensure appropriate coverage based on reservations and events while controlling labor costs and minimizing overtime.Serve as Manager-on-Duty, overseeing service, greeting Members and Guests, and ensuring dining and event standards are met.Ensure dining rooms and event spaces are properly set and coordinated with the culinary team for smooth and timely service.Act as the primary contact for event hosts during functions, addressing questions and resolving issues as needed.Assist with recruiting, onboarding, training, and mentoring Food & Beverage staff and managers while maintaining service and safety training programs.Support departmental administration including payroll approval, inventory oversight, reporting, POS reconciliation, and maintaining accurate reservation and management systems.Foster strong collaboration with other departments and address Member and Guest feedback to ensure an exceptional club experience.

    As a Golf House Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring outstanding customer service is provided to all Members and Guests not only in the Golf House, but in the surrounding areas as well.     A DAY IN THE LIFE AS AN IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST

    As an IT Support Specialist, you will have the opportunity to interact with every department at the club. Tasks include setting up new hires with desktop computers and printers, providing access to shared files and printers, and configuring email accounts. Other responsibilities include preparing for meetings and presentations where projectors and audiovisual equipment are needed, assisting with conference calls, and performing general maintenance and repairs to technology equipment.

    This position will also be responsible for setting up and supporting audiovisual equipment for club events, including TVs, projection systems, screens, and related AV technology. The ideal candidate will have a positive, customer-service-oriented attitude, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

    This position will work at both the Roland Park Clubhouse and our Five Farms Clubhouse in Lutherville.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Applicants must have one year of hands on experience with network and deploying equipment. Understanding of basic computer/network concepts and terms. Experience in Microsoft Office applications including but not limited to MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook. Inventory management skills. Audio/Video Basic Event Setup. Network + Certification or equivalent experience/knowledge. A+ Certified or equivalent experience/knowledge. Basic understanding of LAN/WAN technology. Experience troubleshooting PCs, scanners, printers and portable handheld terminals. Configure computer systems for new or re-images. Interested candidates must have a 2 year associates degree or equivalent technical study, and 1-3 years of experience working in a production environment.

    ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:

    Baltimore Country Club's Group Fitness Instructors are motivated, high energy, and passionate individuals who are expected to provide an effective, safe, fun, and motivating class for our members!

    The Group Exercise Instructor is responsible for the design, development, and administration of high-quality group fitness programs that can be delivered to a large, diversified membership at Baltimore Country Club. Specific areas of accountability include but are not limited to the design and organization of group classes, assisting members with their fitness and wellness goals through exceptional service, creating a high energy and inclusive environment where members are excited to participate, and providing multiple levels of difficulty for differing levels of fitness or mobility. The Instructor will work with the Director of Fitness and Wellness to develop specialty classes and events for other areas of BCC such as tennis, squash, golf, and aquatics to create an all-encompassing environment. We are specifically looking for instructors to teach Aqua /Boga Board (Aqua Fitness Mat) Fitness and Barre classes.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    All instructors must hold and maintain a current group fitness certification; ACE, AAAI, NASM, AFAA group fitness certifications are preferred.Specialty certifications will be required if you teach TRX, Yoga, Reformer Pilates, Barre, Spin, Zumba, etc.Current CPR, First Aid and AED certification.Copies of certification(s) must be approved to the Director of Fitness and Wellness.
