Job Summary:
The Branch Manager provides both tactical and strategic leadership for the branch. The role oversees customer service, inventory, audit controls, expenditures, warehouse procedures, personnel and deliver sustaining a consistent and measurable profit. The Branch Manager will champion in team building and lead change by practicing leadership and safety. The position must be able to multitask and exercise strong judgement with completing priorities.
Supervisory Responsibilities:

The Inside Sales Representatives are responsible for growing and managing assigned accounts and will work jointly with field salespeople to perform business development activities to expand the business. The Inside Sales position will act as a liaison between customers and the dedicated Field Sales Representative by providing pricing, availability and any required customer service to ensure excellent customer satisfaction. Move/re-locate items as necessary in inventory system to maintain accuracy

Daily emptying of garbage and cardboard. General clean up and sweeping daily.

The Automation Application Engineer is responsible for supporting customers in selecting and implementing automation products that best meet their technical and budgetary needs. The role involves meeting directly with customers, providing training and programming assistance, and supporting key accounts that regularly purchase automation solutions. The position also requires collaboration with vendors to ensure optimal product selection, as well as internal support for sales teams through technical guidance, product interchanges, bill-of-material management, and supplier updates.
