    A leading precision manufacturing company in St. Petersburg is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for a machinist who takes pride in producing high-quality, close-tolerance components in a clean, professional manufacturing environment.

     

    If you have experience operating CNC equipment, reading blueprints, and working to tight tolerances, we'd like to speak with you.

     

    Responsibilities

    Set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes to produce precision components.Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.Verify dimensions using precision measuring instruments including micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and gauges.Make machine offsets and minor program adjustments as needed.Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections to ensure quality standards are met.Maintain production efficiency while producing accurate, high-quality parts.Follow all safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.Maintain a clean and organized work area.

     

    Qualifications

     

    Required

    Minimum of 3 years of CNC machining experience in a manufacturing environment.Experience setting up and operating CNC mills, lathes, or multi-axis machining centers.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.Strong understanding of geometric tolerancing (GD&T) and precision measuring equipment.Experience holding close tolerances and producing quality precision components.Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

     

    Preferred

    Experience machining stainless steel, titanium, aluminum, or other specialty alloys.Medical device, aerospace, defense, or precision manufacturing experience.Experience with Fanuc, Haas, Mazak, Okuma, or similar CNC controls.Ability to troubleshoot machining issues and improve production efficiency.

    Position Summary:
    We are seeking an experienced and skilled Maintenance Technician. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and improving manufacturing equipment and facility systems to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations.

    Key Responsibilities:
