    SUMMARY: Directs and coordinates activities of production departments in processing materials or manufacturing products by performing the following duties personally or though subordinate supervisors.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Responsible for the implementation of policies and procedures as directed by the Plant Manager or other company management regarding safety, operating methods, and behavior.Ensures that all supervised employees are operating within established company and governmental regulations.Review results by analyzing available information, compare them to company objectives and takes steps to Improve results.Trains new and existing employees on proper operation and safety procedures.Prepares work schedules as directed by Production Manager, and expedites workflow in conjunction with Production Manager, reviews amount of work to be done, estimates man-hours needed to complete work and ensures work is complete within the allotted time.Ensures proper plant cleanliness is maintained at all times.Inspects products to verify conformance to specifications and directs setup and adjustments of machines.Recommends measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of products.Reviews production orders schedules to ascertain product data such as types, quantities, and specifications of products and scheduled delivery dates in order to plan department operations.Prepares operational schedules and coordinates manufacturing activities to ensure production and quality of products meets specifications.Develops or revises standard operational and working practices and observes workers to ensure compliance with standards.Reviews production and operating reports and resolves operational, manufacturing and maintenance problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent operational delays.Resolves worker grievances or submits unsettled grievances to Production Manager for action.Compiles, stores and retrieves production data.Follows up on all customer request and questions to ensure appropriate response is made and customer is satisfied.Treats all customers (both internal and external) with respect, courtesy and kindness.Upholds and complies with policies and attitudes adopted by the company.Accepts responsibility to THINK about how your actions and actions of your associate(s) effect the customers and the company.Adhere to all company policies, procedures and safety rules as stated in the Employee Handbook and otherwise posted or communicated.Exemplify the BakeMark core values of Partnership, Performance, Passion, and Initiative in all aspects of assigned duties.Other duties as assigned to reach Company goals.

    SUMMARY: The CDL Class A Driver is responsible for safely operating a commercial vehicle to transport goods to and from customer locations, distribution centers, and other assigned destinations. This role requires adherence to DOT regulations, company safety policies, and delivery schedules while providing excellent customer service.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Drives truck to destination.Prepares receipts for load delivered. Ensures accuracy of product delivered versus invoices and notes any discrepancies.Collects payment for goods delivered if required and in accordance with payment instructions on invoice.Maintains truck log according to state and federal regulations.Maintains communication with Branch Management.Loads and unloads truck.Inspects truck equipment and supplies such as tires, lights, brakes, gas, oil, and water.Safely operates power equipment including pallet jacks, forklifts, ramps, loading docks, lift gates, and performing inspections as required.Operates within applicable safety guidelines as per government regulations, the company's safety manuals and/or stated safety policies, and common sense.Performs work in a manner to prevent damage to company equipment, facilities and products.Ensure proper equipment cleanliness is always maintained.Follows up on ALL customer requests and questions to ensure appropriate response is made and customer is satisfied.Treats all customers (both internal and external) with respect, courtesy and kindness.Upholds and comply with policies and attitudes adopted by the company.Accepts responsibility to THINK about how own actions and actions of my associate's affect our customers and our company.Adhere to all company policies, procedures and safety rules as stated in the Employee Handbook and otherwise posted or communicated.Exemplify the BakeMark core values of Partnership, Performance and Passion in all aspects of assigned duties.Other duties as assigned to meet company goals.

    Summary: BakeMark is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to grow existing accounts and develop new business within the baking industry. This role is responsible for executing company sales strategies, increasing market share, and delivering exceptional customer service.

    Responsibilities:
    Execute company sales initiatives to support BakeMark USA's strategy of achieving and maintaining a dominant market share in the baking industry.Identify, develop, and secure orders to fulfill 100% of customers' supply needs.Maintain and grow existing accounts while actively pursuing new business opportunities.Travel within an assigned local territory (approximately 90-100% travel required; occasional overnight travel may be necessary).Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong, long-term relationships with customers and suppliers.Utilize company systems and tools to manage accounts, track sales activity, and support reporting requirements.Perform other duties as assigned to support company objectives.
    Qualifications:
    Prior sales or route sales experience preferredBaking industry experience highly desirableStrong communication and relationship-building skillsProficient in Microsoft OfficeValid driver's license and current auto insurance required

    Compensation & Benefits:

    The 2nd Shift Forklift Driver (Indirect) plays a critical support role in warehouse and production operations by safely transporting materials, supplies, and finished goods. This position ensures timely movement of inventory and supports indirect functions such as sanitation, staging, and replenishment.

    Key Responsibilities
    Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move products, pallets, and supplies Support indirect warehouse functions including staging, replenishment, and internal transfers Assist with general warehouse upkeep and sanitation tasks as needed Complete required documentation for inventory movement and equipment usage Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues Follow all safety protocols and company proceduresCollaborate with warehouse, production, and logistics teams to support operational flowPerform other duties assigned to support indirect warehouse operations
    Qualifications
    Valid forklift certification required1-2 years of forklift or warehouse experience preferred Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and work in a physically active environment Basic understanding of warehouse safety and inventory procedures Availability to work 2nd shift and occasional overtime

    POSITION SUMMARY

    The Logistics Specialist supports the Transportation Management team by coordinating LTL shipments, managing TMS data, and communicating with carriers, buyers, and vendors. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow in logistics and supply chain.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    Manage LTL orders end-to-end, including FedEx Freight bill of lading (BOL) creation, distribution to shippers, and general rate quoting.Review, revise, and follow up on LTL orders to ensure accuracy and on-time execution.Coordinate with freight carriers and internal buyers to confirm schedules and address delays or exceptions.Review and enter freight bid responses, ensuring all submitted rates are captured and accurate.Support the team in managing and updating FTL orders as assigned, including order revisions for dates, release order, and freight rates and allowances.Perform accurate data entry and daily operations within the TMS.Archive and organize the team's email inbox to be searchable and workable.Review freight payables not automatically processed by the system and close with supervisor direction.Contact freight carriers to initiate resolution for aging bills, billing discrepancies, and invoice disputes.Support the team on projects, assignments, and process improvement initiatives as directed.Other duties as assigned.
    QUALIFICATIONS

    Required
    Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.Clear written and verbal communication skills; comfortable working with carriers, vendors, and internal teams.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Teams for data tracking and team collaboration.Willingness to learn in the transportation industry; able to work both independently and collaboratively.
    Preferred / Bonus Qualifications
    Experience with FedEx Ship Manager software. - Strongly preferredExperience with a Transportation Management System (TMS). - Strongly preferred1+ years of experience in a logistics, shipping, or supply chain role.Familiarity with LTL freight operations, BOL creation, carrier rate structures, or freight invoicing.
    WORK ENVIRONMENT & SCHEDULE
    Standard business hours, Monday through Friday.Office-based environment within the TMS team within Supply Chain department.May require occasional extended hours during peak shipping periods or special projects.
