    SUMMARY: Under direct supervision, receives, stores, selects, and loads products within the warehouse. Performs assigned warehouse operations and material handling duties as directed by the immediate supervisor or Operations Manager while maintaining productivity, accuracy, safety, and customer service standards.


    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    Operate hand jacks and material handling equipment, including forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment.Operate material handling equipment up to 95% of the workday.Select, prepare, and process customer orders to ensure complete and accurate fulfillment.Receive inbound products accurately and complete all required documentation.Affix pallet tags and mark materials with identifying information upon receipt.Transport products and materials from receiving areas to storage locations or other designated areas.Place inventory on racks, shelves, or bins according to established slotting assignments.Rotate stock to ensure older inventory is readily accessible and used first.Read pick tickets, pick labels, on-screen displays, and other order documentation to assemble customer orders and place them on pallets.Load trailers with merchandise scheduled for shipment.Accurately record information and maintain documentation related to warehouse activities.Perform all tasks in accordance with the company's Zero Errors Policy.Maintain productivity levels and service standards established by the company.Follow all applicable safety regulations, company safety policies, and safe work practices.Conduct routine inspections of material handling equipment and maintain appropriate fluid levels to ensure safe and efficient operation.Perform duties in a manner that prevents damage to company equipment, facilities, and products.Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and housekeeping standards at all times.Respond promptly to customer requests and inquiries to ensure satisfaction and appropriate resolution.Treat all internal and external customers with professionalism, respect, courtesy, and kindness.Support and uphold all company policies, values, and standards of conduct.Demonstrate accountability by considering how individual and team actions impact customers, coworkers, and company performance.Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety rules as outlined in the Employee Handbook and other company communications.Perform other duties as assigned to support operational needs and company objectives.
