The duties of a Customer Service/Collections Specialist include inbound/outbound calls and/or correspondence in a fast paced, goal oriented financial services department.Providing excellent customer service regarding customer billing, collection issues, invoice disputes, process and review account adjustments, discrepancies and short payments. Responsible for monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts, debt resolution, assisting customers with payment arrangements and renegotiating payment arrangements when necessary.Accountable for reducing delinquency for assigned accounts.Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support the Financial Services/Collections Department.Coordinate and drive the efforts of Sales, Customer Services, Banking and any Branch Office when necessary to accelerate the collection process and keeping assigned customer accounts current..
