ABOUT THE ROLE:
Bahama Bay Lodging is seeking a hard-working, energetic employee who is passionate about delivering on the promise of excellence in customer service. By providing personalized attention to guests and owners at Bahama Bay Resort in Davenport, FL, you will help maintain a quickly growing portfolio of vacation homes.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Act as the first point of contact for guests, vendors, and occasionally owners within the local management office
• Take incoming phone calls, make occasional outbound calls, and respond to emails or chats daily from guests with questions or concerns about a reservation, statement, or other matters
• Assist with the creation and delegation of maintenance and housekeeping tickets (if applicable)
• Verify unit availability to assist with scheduling vendor or realtor visits
• Meet and maintain standards and metrics including guest satisfaction, accuracy, efficiency, and inquiry conversion to reservations
• Identify potential owner leads from walk-ins or incoming calls and pass information to the Business Development Representative
• Build and maintain business relationships and open lines of communication with internal support teams
• Other duties as assigned - every day is different in hospitality!
REQUIREMENTS:
• Prior experience in a luxury hotel front desk or high-touch customer service environment preferred
• Detail-oriented, service-driven, and able to thrive in fast-paced environments
• Proficiency in property management and reservation systems preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays may be required
• Must clear background check

Job Description
The Cook prepares high-quality meals for restaurant guests, maintaining food safety, kitchen cleanliness, and adherence to recipes and standards.
Areas of Responsibility and Duties
Prepare ingredients and cook menu items as directedEnsure cleanliness and organization of kitchen and equipmentFollow health and food safety regulationsAssist in receiving and storing food suppliesCollaborate with kitchen staff for smooth operationsMaintain presentation and quality standards for all dishesClean kitchen and wash dishes as assignedPerform other duties as assigned by head chef or managerKey Competencies
Attention to detail in food preparationTime-management in a fast-paced settingAbility to follow recipes and instructionsTeam collaborationAdaptability to changing menusQualifications
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent requiredSkills: Knowledge of safe food handling and kitchen equipmentAbilities: Stand for long periods; lift up to 30 lbsExperience: 1+ years as a cook preferredWorking Conditions
Busy restaurant kitchen; exposure to heat, cooking equipment, cleaning supplies.
Physical Requirements
Requires standing, lifting, bending, and quick movement for most of shift.
