Our firm is seeking an attorney who is adept at handling a large caseload and familiar with all aspects of the pre-suit process, particularly working with clients, analyzing liability issues, drafting demands, negotiating settlements, and working toward an optimal resolution.     Compensation:

    $105,000 - $125,000 Base + Performance-Based Bonus

    Responsibilities:Evaluate and investigate new personal injury claims for merit and liabilityManage a high-volume caseload from intake through pre-litigation settlementCommunicate with clients regularly to provide updates, set expectations, and gather informationReview and analyze medical records, police reports, insurance policies, and other case documentsCoordinate medical treatment for clients and monitor progressDraft and submit demand packages to insurance companiesNegotiate settlements with insurance adjusters to achieve maximum compensation for clientsPrepare cases for litigation if necessary, including detailed case summariesMaintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation in case management softwareWork closely with case managers, intake staff, and litigation attorneys to ensure seamless case progressionQualifications:Four-year bachelor's degree and successful completion of law school from an accredited law school Must be able to handle heavy caseload with little supervision Excellent time management and interpersonal skills are required, as well as persuasive writing and verbal communication skills Admitted to local and state bar associations About Company
