The Driver will operate multiple vehicle types to deliver goods from Central Kitchen to Bafang Dumpling restaurants in addition to working in the warehouse as needed to support the business. The driver ensures timely deliveries, proper handling of products, and compliance with all traffic and safety laws.
Key Tasks:
Drive company-provided trucks to deliver along assigned routes.Follow all safety protocols, DOT regulations, and traffic laws to ensure safe vehicle operation.Inspect and maintain vehicles, reporting any issues to ensure they remain in good working condition.Load and unload cargo via hand, manual pallet jack, and lift gateAble to drive long distances to and from Southern California and Northern CaliforniaLoad and unload goods to be deliveredVerify and complete delivery logs, required documentation, and reports accuratelyComply with company policies and proceduresPerform other duties as requiredCommunicate with management regarding delivery issues, delays, or vehicle concerns.Maintain cleanliness and care of assigned vehicle.Required Qualifications:
Valid driver’s license and clean driving recordExperience in logistics, delivery or warehouse operations preferredPrevious experience driving 20 ft. to 26 ft. truckBasic written and verbal communication skillsAbility to operate pallet jacks or lift equipment (certification a plus)Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally lift up to 80 poundsPosition Requirements:

3+ years of previous food service or restaurant supervisory experience.Proficient in a variety of technology systems, especially Microsoft Office.Able to lift and carry, push or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds on occasion.Able to lead and motivate associates to a high level of performance.Working knowledge of restaurant profit & loss statement.Flexibility to handle critical store issues that may arise during non-standard hours (evenings, weekends, etc...)We are looking to immediately hire talented Team Members for our central kitchen where we do food prep for our brand restaurants. Dumpling Wrappers will be assigned specifically to wrap dumplings daily, package previously wrapped frozen dumplings daily, and perform other duties as assigned by the Production Manager.
Approximately 5 hours per day, 8 am-2:30 pm - required
