As an Outside Sales Representative (OSR) with Badger, you will manage a territory with both established customers and untapped potential. You will spend your time in the field meeting clients, uncovering opportunities, and closing business.
This is a commission-eligible role with an estimated first-year total compensation range of $115,000 to $135,000+ (base + uncapped commission). Actual compensation will vary depending on experience, performance, geographic location, and market alignment. This role offers strong earning potential for driven individuals in a high-impact sales environment.
What You'll Be Doing

ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll Be Doing:
Operating hydrovac equipment and performing hydrovac duties in a variety of working environments, including confined spacesDriving our hydrovac trucks (10-15% of total work time)Attending safety meetingsPerforming routine inspections and minor repairs of the hydrovac equipmentPreparing work areas by setting up safety measures and addressing potential hazardsDocumenting and reporting all Badger, Federal, State, and Customer paperwork accurately and efficientlyQualificationsWhat We're Looking For:
Must have a valid Class A or B CDLCPR/First Aid, Fall Protection and OSHA 10 certification (preferred)Experience driving a manual transmission (10-18 speed) without automatic restrictions (preferred)Ability to work variable shifts with extended hoursMust be willing to travel up to 25%Must be able to lift, push, pull 50+ pounds and have the physical stamina for manual labor in varying weather conditionsPrior hydrovac equipment operations or related industrial experience (preferred)Must be at least 21 years of ageWhat You'll Need for Success:
