  Licensed Massage Therapist (Clinical / Medical Focus)
  Back to Health Physical Medicine – Dallas, TX

  Back to Health Physical Medicine is a fast-growing integrative chiropractic and rehab clinic seeking a highly skilled Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) who is passionate about clinical outcomes—not spa work.

  We specialize in helping patients reduce pain, restore movement, and improve performance through a collaborative, team-based approach.

  This Role is NOT for:

  Swedish/relaxation-focused therapistsSpa-only backgrounds

  This Role IS for:

  Therapists who enjoy:

  Solving problemsWorking with injuries and chronic painBeing part of a clinical care team

  Required Skills

  Strong knowledge of anatomy and biomechanicsExperience with:Trigger Point TherapyDeep Tissue MassageMedical/Clinical MassageMuscle Activation Techniques (MAT) or similarCupping

  Responsibilities

  Provide targeted, outcome-based treatmentsCollaborate with chiropractors, nurse practitioner and rehab staffDocument patient progressEducate patients on recovery and maintenance

  Compensation

  $30 – $45/hour (based on experience)Bonus opportunities based on performance and retention
