Who We Are Babylist is the leading registry, e-commerce, and content platform for growing families. More than 9 million people shop with Babylist every year, making it the go-to destination for seamless purchasing, trusted guidance, and expert product recommendations for new parents and the people who love them. What began as a universal registry has grown into a full ecosystem for new parents, including the Babylist Shop, Babylist Health, and a flagship showroom in Los Angeles. Hundreds of brands in baby and beyond partner with Babylist to engage meaningfully with families during one of life’s most important transitions. With over $1 billion in annual GMV, and more than $500 million in 2024 revenue, Babylist is reshaping the $320 billion baby product industry. We’re helping parents feel confident, connected, and cared for at every step. As we build the generational brand in baby, our mission remains simple: to connect growing families with everything they need to thrive. To learn more, visit www.babylist.com . Our Ways of Working Babylist is remote-first with team members across the U.S. and Canada who move fast, think smart, and use AI as part of how they work every day — not as an experiment, as an expectation. We come together twice a year to build the relationships behind the work, and we hire people who are genuinely excited about what's possible and prove it through how they show up. What the Role Is Babylist’s finance and accounting operations run on NetSuite, and as the business scales, so does the complexity of keeping that platform aligned with the real needs of our accounting, finance, and operations teams. As our Senior NetSuite Functional Analyst, you will be the deep functional expert on NetSuite’s financial modules — partnering directly with accounting and finance to translate business needs into practical solutions, and working alongside our existing NetSuite Developer and NetSuite Administrator to ensure the platform enables rather than hinders day-to-day operations. You will join a small, tight-knit NetSuite pod inside our Financial Systems team. This pod owns the full lifecycle of NetSuite work: you lead the functional “what and why” (and often the “how” that stays within native NetSuite), the Developer owns custom SuiteScript development, and the Administrator owns system administration and day-to-day operational support. You will report to our Staff Technical Product Manager for Financial Operations and partner closely with Engineering, Accounting, Finance, and Operations. Who You Are 6+ years of experience implementing or operating ERP solutions and financial operations processes, with deep hands-on NetSuite experience. A NetSuite functional subject matter expert across the financial modules: GL, AP, AR, Revenue Recognition, Fixed Assets, ARM, SuiteBilling, and Consolidations. Defaults NetSuite’s native capabilities are cold and default to them before proposing custom development. Has partnered directly with accounting and finance teams through close, audit, and operational cycles — you speak their language and understand their day-to-day pain points. Brings a working command of the technical toolkit — SuiteScript, workflows, SuiteApps, NetSuite APIs, saved searches, and dashboards — enough to design sound solutions and collaborate with developers even if you are not writing production scripts yourself. Experienced working with NetSuite as part of a broader financial operations ecosystem that includes custom-built applications, P2P systems, and ancillary tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; you can move between an accountant, an engineer, and a VP in the same meeting without losing anyone. Comfortable with ambiguity and can translate vague business pain into clear, actionable functional requirements. Demonstrated capabilities working in an AI first development environment leveraging tools like Claude Code, Devin amongst others Bonus: prior experience in a high-growth ecommerce, consumer, or marketplace environment; prior experience as a NetSuite Administrator. You're genuinely excited about what AI can do - not just as a concept, but as something you want to get your hands on. At Babylist, every team uses AI daily, and we're looking for people who lean in. How You Will Make An Impact Serve as the deep subject matter expert on NetSuite’s financial modules, advising Accounting, Finance, and Engineering on best practices and optimal configuration before custom development is pursued. Act as the primary systems partner for our accounting and finance teams — translating business needs into functional solutions within NetSuite, supporting close processes, and ensuring NetSuite enables rather than hinders day-to-day operations. Own the “what and why” (and in many cases the “how”) for intra-NetSuite work: business requirements, solution design, and functional specifications. Partner with the NetSuite Developer and Administrator — who own the more complex “how” of custom development and system administration — as a true pod. Continuously identify opportunities to reduce manual workarounds, improve reporting and visibility for Finance and Accounting, and extend the value of NetSuite through better use of native features, saved searches, dashboards, and ecosystem tools (SuiteApps, integrations). Operate as the NetSuite functional voice inside a broader financial operations ecosystem that includes custom-built financial applications, P2P systems, and other ancillary tools — ensuring data flows, process handoffs, and system boundaries between NetSuite and adjacent platforms are well-defined and well-managed. About Compensation We use a market-based approach to compensation. The starting salary range for this role is: US: $200,000 to $217,300 Canada: 206,724-223,800 CAD Your starting salary will be based on your location, experience, and qualifications, with increases over time tied to performance, role growth, and internal pay equity. Why You Will Love Working At Babylist Our Culture We work with focus and intention, then step away to recharge We believe in exceptional management and invest in tools and opportunities to connect with colleagues We build products that positively impact millions of people's lives AI is intentionally embedded in how we work, create, and scale—supporting innovation and impact Growth Read Less

We come together twice a year to build the relationships behind the work, and we hire people who are genuinely excited about what's possible and prove it through how they show up. What the Role Is Registry is the heart of Babylist – and the primary way in which we help growing families feel prepared and confident during one of the most consequential transitions of their lives. It is also the acquisition and commercial engine that powers the rest of our business. We're hiring a leader to own it. This role is the durable commercial and product owner for the Registry experiences. You are accountable for the strategy, vision, KPIs, and quality bar. You take bold bets, knowing how to push past safe incrementalism on a mature surface and make the case for step-function moves — and you know how to sequence them so the team isn't betting the business on any one, prioritizing speed to learning. You are the steady advocate for what's right for the customer and what will compound for the next decade. You are the person the rest of the company looks to when a question about Registry has to get answered. You are also an AI-enabled builder. This is a dual job. Own Registry the way the best product leader would: deeply, commercially, with a high bar and a strong point of view. And help Babylist make the transition into AI-native product development. We are looking for someone who is energized by both halves — and probably frustrated by jobs that only let them do one. This role reports to the VP of Consumer Product, and is an important member of the cross-functional Consumer Tech Leadership team. You will lead a team of 3–4 Product Managers, as a player-coach, and partner closely with stakeholders across the entire organization. Who You Are You are a demonstrated company-level product leader with a track record of owning a complex consumer products end-to-end. You have held Principal/Director, Sr. Director PM or VP roles. You have done the work at meaningful scale and have the scar tissue to prove it. You bring: Strategic foresight. You see around corners. You can articulate where Registry should be in 6, 12, and 24 months, and you can define the path from here to there. You hold a strong, opinionated view of the product, and you know when to update it. Deep customer expertise. This is the irreplaceable PM contribution in a builder world, and it has to be a genuine strength. You know how to understand and co-create with users, and you bring deep curiosity and customer obsession into every decision. You bring concrete evidence (both qualitative and quantitative) into decisions. You solve root pain, not adjacent symptoms, and you create segmentation clarity rather than treating users as a monolith. Commercial ownership. You are fluent in the business. You read P what you learn here shapes the rest of the company. You will own communication with execs and the company, using it to influence direction beyond your own surface. Own the product strategy and KPIs for the Babylist Registry experiences end-to-end — including acquisition, registry build, gift giver conversion across 1P and 3P, and the core Babylist Shop funnel. Set and hold the quality bar. Make the hard tradeoffs between business goals and customer trust, with conviction and clear communication. Serve as a model for what an AI-first PM looks like at Babylist. Use AI-native workflows in your own work, ship things yourself, and help define the rituals and practices that the rest of the function will adopt. Multiply through influence. Bring sharper problem framing, tighter customer insight, data analysis, and prototypes that make decisions easier to make and ship work that compounds. Operate as the central commercial and customer owner that lets builder pods accelerate without losing coherence. Coach and develop a small team of extremely high-performing PMs (already in seat). Create growth paths, address performance issues quickly and kindly, and build a team culture that sets the bar for the broader function. Contribute to the shape of the Consumer Tech organization . Work with the VP of Product and your peers to evolve our operating model, our hiring bar, and our craft standards as the function transitions. More than 10 million people shop with Babylist every year, making it the go-to destination for seamless purchasing, guidance, and expert recommendations. As a modern, AI-forward tech company, Babylist has expanded from a universal registry into a full ecosystem — the Babylist Shop, Babylist Health, Babylist Money, NYC and LA showrooms, branded content, and more — generating $750M in revenue in 2025. How We Build Babylist is in the middle of a fundamental shift in how software gets made, and we are not tiptoeing into it. We are rebuilding our engineering culture around a simple belief: AI changes everything. How teams are structured, how decisions get made, how fast ideas become working software. Our engineers own problems end to end, working directly with product, design, and business partners with short feedback loops and real stakeholder access. We ship, learn, and iterate fast. When something is not working, we throw it out and start over — project failure and personal failure are not the same thing here. AI tools are as natural to our workflow as an IDE or version control. We are not exploring this, we are living it. Our engineers use AI to explore tradeoffs, pressure-test designs, and move from problem to solution in hours instead of days. They generate code with AI so they can stay focused on the decisions that actually require human judgment — not the routine ones. More velocity means more time for craft: better test coverage, stronger architecture, and deeper customer understanding. We hold ourselves to a higher quality bar because of AI, not in spite of it. We are building this playbook in real time, and we are looking for people who want to build it with us.
