    About the Firm
    We are a well-established, mid-sized Dallas law firm known for building long-term strategic partnerships with national organizations. Our transactional practice is a foundational pillar of our success, managing sophisticated matters across mergers and acquisitions, commercial real estate, and general counsel services for highly regulated industries. We are seeking a leadership-minded Transactional Attorney to play a pivotal role in the direction and growth of our corporate practice.

     

    The Role
    This position is designed for an attorney who thrives on complex deal-making and strategic client counseling. You will help lead our transactional efforts, focusing on M&A and corporate governance while navigating intricate regulatory and compliance landscapes.

     

    What You’ll Do

    Lead Transactions: Oversee a diverse range of corporate matters, including M&A, joint ventures, restructurings, and strategic investments.Strategic Advisory: Partner with clients to architect deal structures and expansion strategies.Document Oversight: Draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements and high-stakes transaction documents.Corporate Housekeeping: Advise on entity formation, governance, and operational contract strategies.Closing Management: Coordinate due diligence and closings, managing both internal teams and external advisors.Client Relationship Management: Serve as a primary point of contact for senior leadership within client organizations.Cross-Practice Collaboration: Coordinate with our real estate team on leasing, acquisitions, and dispositions.Leadership & Growth: Mentor associates and collaborate with firm leadership on practice development and growth initiatives.

     

    What We’re Looking For

    Credentials: J.D. and active member of the Texas Bar.Experience: Proven expertise in high-level corporate transactional work and business law.Industry Knowledge: Experience with highly regulated sectors (e.g., healthcare or specialized services) is strongly preferred.Leadership: Ability to foster a collaborative, supportive team environment.Mindset: An entrepreneurial drive with a genuine interest in building and shaping a practice.

    A well-established civil litigation firm located in downtown Dallas is looking to add one or two seasoned attorneys to its litigation team. We represent clients nationwide and handle a wide range of complex disputes in both state and federal courts.

     

    What We’re Looking For
    We seek attorneys with 10–15 years of hands-on civil litigation experience, particularly those comfortable managing cases from initial filing through resolution. Backgrounds in any of the following areas are especially valuable:

    Personal injury or premises liability defenseCommercial or trucking accident mattersProduct liability defense casesConstruction-related disputesProfessional malpractice defense claims

    Candidates should be confident in independently overseeing discovery, drafting and arguing motions, taking depositions, participating in mediations, and preparing cases for trial.
