What You’ll Do
Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and building systems.Complete service requests and preventive maintenance tasks.Perform inspections and identify repair or safety needs.Maintain clean, safe, and well-operated residential communities.Support team operations and assist junior technicians when needed.Communicate professionally with residents, property teams, and supervisors.What We’re Looking For
Professional verbal and written English communication skills are required.Minimum 3+ years of maintenance experience.Strong skills in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and general repairs.Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and solve problems efficiently.Valid driver’s license required.EPA Certification or HVAC certifications preferred.Must be able to clear a criminal background check.Reliable, professional, and committed to high-quality service.Why Babco?
