Position Summary:The Accounts Payable Administrative Assistant (APAA) is responsible for ensuring efficient day-to-day Accounts Payable (AP) and Administrative activities. Assists the Accounting Department with processing of invoices, data entry, document retention, reconciliation and vendor communication. Essential Duties:Perform Accounts Payable activities- receiving invoices, obtaining approvals, coding, posting invoices, and issuing vendor checks.Perform Data Entry for weekly and monthly accounting entries.Make basic and routine monthly -closing journal entries. Collaborate with outside vendors, internal staff and store level managers to gather, analyze, and interpret relevant accounts payable information.Cultivate and maintain open relationships and consistent communication with customers, internal and external.     Position Summary:The IT Manager leads a team of (3) three IT Field Technicians that support multiple retail grocery stores. ITMGR oversees the company’s technology infrastructure and systems within a retail environment, ensuring optimal operations, security, and efficient use of technology to support sales and customer experience. Including oversight of vendor partner relationships and software services agreements serving our locations. Promotes and maintains the B. Green mission, values, and culture.
