The Position: Estimating - MUST HAVE 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN CONCRETE OR CONSTRUCTION ESTIMATING
Job Description –
1. Work with our team bidding concrete construction work in the range from (5k to 2.5 million) in value.
2. Review invitation to bid, specs and schedules prior to bidding.
3. Do take off, assigning efficiencies to our take off and creating a full scale budget for our scope of work.
4. Submit quote to our customer with clear inclusion/exclusions.
5. Follow up with clients until job status is confirmed.
6. Hand job off to P.M and field supervisor upon awards.
7. Sell our services to customers (communication, office visits, etc.).
8. Interaction with B. Concrete field employees and our customers.
