This role involves operating various power industrial trucks, handling and delivering materials to designated business units, and maintaining adherence to all standard operating procedures. The Warehouse Associate will also utilize RF scanning equipment and participate in crosstraining to support multiple warehouse functions, including incoming materials, kanban replenishments, and trailer loading/unloading. Responsibilities: Essential Duties Completes shipments by processing and loading orders. Responsible for moving, stocking, receiving and packing outbound warehouse merchandise. Assists in inventory level maintenance and inventory counts. Operates warehouse equipment as needed to complete tasks. Responsible for following warehouse safety regulations. Refers most complex issues to higher level staff/supervisor. At higher job levels; possesses comprehensive knowledge of subject matter. Provides leadership, coaching and/or mentoring to a subordinate group.
