B & B Poultry is currently seeking a full-time Maintenance Manager to ensure the efficient and safe operation of all machinery, systems, and infrastructure. This Maintenance Manager will oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and support a safe, efficient production environment. Additionally, the Maintenance Manager will lead the maintenance team by effectively providing guidance, training, and performance feedback. The ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution will be key to success in this role.
