    Job DescriptionJob Description

    This part-time Sales position will be joining the RockBox Fitness team to focus on SALES, lead management, engaging with members, and giving first timers an UNFORGETTABLE experience. This person will be over the top friendly with a smile larger than life and no fear in the face of selling memberships! They HAVE to be willing and eager to pitch memberships to our first timers as well as role-playing daily with others to make sure everyone is up to date on any new memberships, promotions, or challenges that we're running! This person MUST BE ABLE TO WORK DAYS OR EVENINGS. We have day shifts from 8:00am - 1:00pm and evening shifts from 4:00pm - 9:00pm. The ABILITY to switch between these shifts is REQUIRED, this will not mean you will always be doing mornings or evenings.

We are looking for the next RockStar trainers to join our team!

    Job Responsibilities:

    Set up necessary equipment needed for class and responsible for clean up after classLoad functional exercises on ipads and make sure they are ready for your class but also for the trainer in the next class or the next dayPerform "Boxing Basics" for "First time experience" prospectsProvide proper instructions on how to wrap members hands to protect them from injuryDemonstrate exercises on functional agility sides of the workout (provide options and challenges)Properly demonstrate thai bag and tear bag combinationsResponsible for teaching a set amount of classesBuild your utilization by connecting with members, taking workouts, and performing to your best abilityAssist with membership sales through the handoff process with front deskResponsible for your participation in cleaning for your shift (equipment away or set up for next day, make sure arena is clean for our next class)Assist with body fat readings and take measurements during specific challengesWilling to assist the head trainer in duties that may be neededBe a brand ambassador, promote studio events, and knowledge of studio promotionsDeliver pre-designed workouts

    RockBox trainers may also be asked to help staff the front desk. In that case we want our trainers to be aware of operational procedures such as: checking in members, membership prices, able to ring up merchandise and memberships, and always wearing a smile!
