What You’ll Do:· Design, set up, and maintain temporary traffic control in work zones, including lane closures and traffic redirection.
· Use traffic control devices to safely manage both vehicular and pedestrian flow around work areas.
· Conduct daily equipment inspections and perform routine maintenance to keep trucks, tools, and other gear in good condition.
· Follow all applicable safety rules and procedures on job sites, including proper placement of signs, barricades, and cones.
· Ensure job sites remain clean, secure, and well-organized, including proper pickup and storage of all tools and equipment.
· Communicate effectively with construction crews and supervisors, addressing performance, complaints, or violations as needed.
· Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, guidelines, and safety protocols.
· Accurately complete and turn in paperwork at the end of each workday.
· Support other team members and projects as needed, contributing to the overall success of the Guildner team.
What We Need:· Maintain a valid Colorado driver’s license with a clean driving record.
· Hold an active Colorado Traffic Control Supervisor Certification.
· Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
· Ability to stand for extended periods (8–12 hours per day).
· Physical ability to lift 50–60 lbs regularly.

What You’ll Do:
- All aspects of CIPP liner preparation, including staging, wrapping, loading, and securing for transport

- Operate wet out or truck conveyors or tugger systems, operate static mixers, and other process-related equipment in a safe, efficient manner
- Load wetout tubes in totes or trucks according to processes and procedures
- Mix chemicals that require wearing a respirator
- Perform all work according to safety / quality standards and follow all environmental procedures
- Clearly communicate effectively with other team members and management as it pertains to safety, quality, or other work-related aspects
- Keep a clean organized work area and plant following 5's guidelines
What We Need From You:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Previous manufacturing experience is highly preferred
- Previous experience as Construction Laborer or Installation Technician is preferred
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide all units of measure, including whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals

We're currently seeking a Heavy Equipment Shop Mechanic in Commerce City, CO, to perform preventative and non-scheduled maintenance on various types of equipment at our shop. Our mechanics will occasionally need to travel to a local job site but will return to the shop to complete their day.
The pay range for this position is $30.00-$40.00 per hour depending on experience. We offer 100% fully paid on-the-job training.

What You'll Do:
Inspect, repair, and replace components and systems on industrial trucks and operational equipment.Complete repairs and regular maintenance on a variety of equipment, including hydraulics, electrical systems, robotics, high-pressure water pumps, and other relevant components.Conduct thorough inspections of brake systems, steering mechanisms, wheel bearings, and other crucial parts to ensure optimal operational conditions.Use measuring and diagnostic tools to evaluate and test equipment, making adjustments, conducting tests, and performing repairs.Identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues, maintaining detailed daily maintenance and repair records.Move machinery as needed.Manage inventories of equipment, parts, and supplies to ensure adequate stock levels.Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment, including proper upkeep of tools and equipment.
What We Need from You:
Minimum of 5 years of mechanical experience, with previous experience in hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, high-pressure pumps, and ASE certification.Knowledge and understanding of diesel and gas engines, and hydraulic systems.Valid driver's license and safe driving record required.CDL Class A or B preferred.Comfortable working out of an indoor truck and equipment shop each day.Must be able to travel to local job sites as needed.Proficient in the use of online systems and computer software.Knowledgeable with reading diagnostic codes and able to diagnose complex issues.Azuria Water Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
