    Role Summary

    Primarily a supply chain support position that has great opportunity for advancement and development within supply chain, ecosystem. This role provides flexible, cross-functional support across Fulfillment, Warehouse, and Planning functions to ensure uninterrupted operations during employee absences or workload surges. The position is designed to maintain service levels, eliminate disruption, and prevent workload imbalance by deploying a highly adaptable, fully cross-trained resource.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide coverage for Sales Order Entry, Receiving, Shipping, and Production Kitting

    • Enter and validate Sales Orders in Acumatica with accuracy

    • Process PO receipts and maintain inventory accuracy

    • Execute daily shipping activities, documentation, and carrier coordination

    • Prepare and verify production kits for contract manufacturing (CM)

    • Follow and uphold SOPs across all functional areas

    • Transition between roles quickly based on operational needs

    • Support workload balancing during peak periods


    Daily Reality

    This role operates across multiple functions within a single day, adapting to priorities such as order entry, receiving, shipping deadlines, and production support.


    Required Experience

    • 2–5+ years in operations, warehouse, fulfillment, or planning roles

    • ERP experience (Acumatica preferred)

    • Proven ability to work across multiple operational functions

    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

    • Ability to manage shifting priorities

    • Team-oriented mindset with strong ownership

    Job Summary:


    The Warehouse Specialist will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily warehousing activities, including receiving, storing, and distributing products within the warehouse. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.


    Primary Job Duties:

    Receive incoming shipments and ensure both quality and quantity.Accurately sort, label, and store items in designated warehouse locations.Maintain inventory records and conduct regular physical counts to ensure accuracy.Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (pick, pack, ship).Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to optimize warehouse procedures.Comply with all safety and quality standards. Follow proper procedures for handling materials to minimize risk and damage.


    Qualifications & Skills:

    High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics, supply chain, or procurement are a plus.2 years of previous experience in warehouse management.Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems and data entry skills.Strong organizational and time management abilities.Attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent communication skills.Basic understanding of safety and regulatory standards related to warehouse operations.Willingness to work overtime as needed.

    Work Environment:

    Primarily warehouse environment, with desk-based work for inventory management and purchasing.Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods.
