About Us
AYH Landscaping Inc. is a growing landscaping company based in Greensboro, NC, providing professional landscape maintenance and enhancement services to commercial and residential clients throughout North Carolina. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader to oversee field operations, lead a maintenance crew, and ensure high-quality workmanship on every project.
Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a landscape maintenance crew.Coordinate daily job assignments and ensure projects are completed on schedule.Perform and oversee mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, mulching, weed control, and seasonal cleanups.Operate commercial landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.Train and mentor crew members on proper techniques and safety procedures.Conduct quality inspections and maintain company standards.Communicate effectively with management, clients, and crew members.Maintain vehicles, trailers, and equipment.Ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures.Travel to job sites throughout North Carolina as needed.Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of landscape maintenance experience.Previous crew leader, foreman, or supervisory experience preferred.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Experience operating commercial landscaping equipment.Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work.Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.What We Offer
